My favorite thriftstore EVER! Everything becomes 1/2 price after 4 weeks on the floor. They have all kinds of treasures. clothes,shoes,gift items,furniture, holiday items, housewares, bedding,toys,shoes,jewlelry,purses,scrubs Every friday and saturday they have 1/2 price sales as well as on major holidays too. This organizatoin is working miracles in the lives of millions and they have a better succes rate helping addicts stay sober longterm than the most expensive rehabs in malibu. They teach true principles like work, cleanliness,integrity and community. I am amazed at all of the good they do in their residential recovery facilitys located all over southern california.They are such a bliessing to our community, redeeming lives one at a time

Incredibly rude employees... they seem to not care about anyone when you go there. I called to ask for an opportunity to volunteer, to which the employee immediately responds with "is it court ordered or for what program?", I told her "no program, I just want to help". She asks "how old are you", and I told her 17 but before I could finish, she says "no you have to be 18, ok bye" and hung up on me. I wasnt givin a chance to finish my sentence, nor explain why I called knowing the age requirement was 18.

Came in today 8/27/17 ... 445pm. Worker inside helping a customer. Was patient looking at things on counter. Worker looked over and not friendly asked if she could help me. I asked when donation area was open? She replied closed.. I knew this because I frequently donate only to salvation army. Plus had already seen the closed door behind the store..with my load of donations. She finally replied 3pm with not a nice attitude.. no point getting her name.. you lost my business. I bet I dont get a reply..

Good luck trying to go here on a Tuesday. The girl who runs the cash register never calls for back up acts like shes god. The line will be ten people deep and everyone has stuffed carts and she never calls for backup and takes forever to check each person out. Very terrible service too.

I only shop here when I need some inexpensive material for my kids costumes. However, every time I have been in this store the employees are rude and irksome. Its almost as if they do not like to have paying costumers in their store.

When I call the guy said I need to call the 800 number to go and donate went on the website it clearly says that its a drop off location for donation . Also very rude

this store is awesome i love coming here. the staff is curtsy helpfully friendly and great attitudes . find great stuff when i come. Rose is the best.

Wrong hours listed! Theyre actually open until 7pm at the time of this review. Be sure to call ahead so you dont waste a trip like I did.

The store was messy and cluttered and the prices were "outrageous". I found better bargains at the Big Lots and Kmart right next door!
