I would NOT recommend this place. The gentlemen who commented below is completely accurate on his statement. Not only that, but the owner speaks for himself with his lack of professionalism, and defensive/rude behavior. I had purchased a vehicle from LP Auto Sales a few months ago. I understood I was receiving a car that would need extra maintenance regardless. My husband was gone on deployment, so I was making the purchase alone with the help of the men who worked there (VERY nice). The car started revealing some issues when I had driven it home, that I was currently trying to resolve through an auto body shop where I live. Because I had built a good relationship with the gentleman who helped me at LP Auto Sales, I figured I would call and see if they had a maintenance report they could send me (I live a couple of hours from Fontana), so the the guy who was working on the car wouldnt have to tear it apart and charge me an "arm and a leg". When I called, the gentlemen who helped me wasnt available, but the owner was. As I began to describe what was going on with the car, and leading to ask him if he could send me a maintenance report, or even just verbally tell me if these issues were happening on the lot (knowing he isnt "required" to, but expressing how helpful that would be), he immediately SNAPPED. I couldnt even get a word in, and then he began to threaten that I should just bring the car back, saying things like "you knew what you were getting", "if you wanted a new car, you should have gotten one", "are you accusing me of lying", "what are you asking me to do", and so on. I absolutely LOVED this car, and was willing to invest, but I had just recently moved and didnt have any resources aside from the auto body shop, and LP Auto Sales on what to do with a car that was breaking down. I ended up getting flustered with the way the owner was speaking to me, thinking that this car was of danger. I ended up towing the vehicle back, and GOOD RIDDANCE. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire life. My family is full of business owners, and NEVER would we treat someone like that. Especially a stranger. Im only one sale that went down the drain for them, but thats money that not only LP Auto Sales missed out on, but the kind gentlemens commission who helped me was lost too. All because of one situation, one scenario. I feel good about my decision to return the car, but the ripple effect it caused for everyone was created by the owner. Go somewhere else, dont experience this.

After wasting time and miles of driving, looking for 3 weeks for a reliable, safe, first time car for my daughter, I found LP Auto Sales. I was pleasantly surprised, the car was as described, but better yet, they had 5-6 similar cars.....not ugly junk, but clean, running well, most had new tires and were priced fair. The biggest surprise was when the owner steered us away from a more expensive car to one he would buy for his own family. They readily agreed to allow me to bring a mechanic / friend to give it a thumbs up. The owner and his sales person came across as honest and sincere and I felt comfortable with this purchase. I am picky and cautious and held off on a final recommendation until we have been able to put on some miles and find the hidden bugs. After 3 weeks, I can confidently say we got a good car, a fair price and would recommend this small business to buy a car. Good Job LP Auto Sales.

"You did well." Thats what my Mechanic said when he inspected the Nissan Pathfinder I bought from these guys. "You wont need to see me for a while." Of the prices I checked there, all started much lower than retail. Every vehicle on the lot looked great, so even just checking their website should not be a waste of your time. The whole experience, from test drive to sale, was smooth. Questions were answered well & patiently, and theres a repair shop literally next door for questions about condition the salespeople may not be able to answer. What also helped sell me was that the Salesman said he used to own a dealership - so I figured they must be legit if he chose to work there. My greatest concern was that I might have Buyers Remorse, and 90 days later Im totally comfortable with my decision - plus the Nissan still runs like a beast! Above-average vehicle at a super low price. Thanks LP.

I bought a used 06 Saab from LP Auto Sales in June of 2014. Overall my experience was good. I spent some time searching for a car and went to several dealers and they treated me better here than the others I visited. They werent pushy to get a sale and were transparent about their pricing. I think I got a great deal! They showed me the Carfax report, let me test drive the car, and worked well with my bank. My only complaint is their hours of operation were inconvenient for me (had to get off work early in order to buy the car).

Had an excellent experience at Lp Auto. The sales men and owner are super nice and dont pressure you while looking around. I ended up buying 2 cars from them and havent had any problems. They fixed anything that we pointed out to them super fast, new window motors, front windshield and a tire balance. Cars are running great, good prices, Ill be back if we ever need another car. I recommend Lp to anyone who is looking good for a dependable used car. Thanks guys!

Typical used car dealer. I am a mechanic, so I assume any used car may have a few issues. One week after purchase the a/c failed, discovered it had a slow leak in the system, needed some prts and work to repair, it would have cost about $300-400 for the average shop to repair it, if they are honest and diagnose accurately.

Bought a 2010 used car from here and I love it. Unusually I wouldnt go for a used car sold by a dealer but the sales man was really genuine and upfront. None of that shady bsing. He owns a smog shop too so I didnt have to worry about illegal smogs. And there was a mechanic on hand. His prices were reasonable too.
