Buying a car is never easy, but Id have to say the worst parts are the salesmen.. When my wife and I visited Executive Image, we were expecting those same profit hungry vultures.(This is usually her favorite part :-) ) This was SOOOO not the case!! We were greeted by Joseph, the owners son. He was pleasant, humorous and well mannered. They showed us a a car that we specifically were looking for, and Joey Indrieri actually suggested several other cars that were in similar build. They really wanted to drive several, just to compare. They even let us test drive one by ourselves!! ( in my 33 years of driving, no salseperson or establishment has EVER let me do that!!) We ended up staying over 3 hrs that evening till closing. He advised us to return the next day, and bring the family. So we did. The kids usually get bored, but the sales staff and clients kept them busy and we very courteous. The staff was so engaging, they even let the kids look into one of the limousines that they had on the lot. Once we decided to purchase, that process was a blur! It went fast! The finance staff was awesome! We almost did not want to leave, it was a great environment. We had a great experience here, and will NEVER go to another auto dealer. They have earned a customer for LIFE!! Thanks again Joey and staff!! Tony

What a great place to buy a car!! My gf just recently bought a Mercedes S-Class here the only dealer in the area with one. They were great at getting us financed with a great deal. Second day the car had a suspension issue so we called up the dealer and they said bring it in. We bring in the car that night and they let us know the next day one of the air springs broke. Suspension was not under warranty only the engine and transmission were covered. Knowing this is still took it in and they honoured the warranty and are fixing the problem as Id the warranty covered. What great customer service!! They clearly are a reliable and honest dealer. I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Executive Image. Jeff in sales was terrific to work with. He was professional, LISTENED and worked his butt off to get me what I wanted at a Great price. Chris in the repair/maintenance Dept. Noticed a bit of a rough idle when he drove the freshly detailed vehicle to me. He insisted on checking it out, and the vehicles runs even better, not that I thought that was possible. With a soon to be driving teenage son, I know where Im coming for my next vehicle. Executive Image Auto Group is the BEST!!!

I purchased a 2004 Ford F250 Super Duty 4x4. The truck was in immaculate condition for its age. The service was far superior then the normal dealers Ive had experience with. They made sure I was completely happy before I took my truck home. They went over every little button and knob ensuring I knew how to use my truck to its full potential. They even gave me a call to see how i liked it the next day. I will definitely buy another vehicle from executive image and even told a few coworkers looking for their next vehicle.

However when greeted by a friendly staff that made myself and my family right at home along with their great selection of cars; its hard to even think about going somewhere else. wow what a great place. Joey really knows his product. I am a 1099 employee and it is difficult to explain income. All I had to do was bring my information in and he put it to the right system for an approval. As if that was not enough, well the whole team treated me with respect. They were very friendly and I really felt like family. Dont be shy, they are awsome with helping. If you are looking for a great car and need financing, dont look anywhere else, go see them!!!!

This place it a joke. The Hispanic Sales Guy is rude, and un professional. He has no clue on customer service at all. Beware when you try and buy a car here, they will rip you off. Beware if you try and consign a car here, they will damage your vehicle. Check the department of consumer affairs and the DMV licensing agency for complaints againts this company for fraud. Just a heads up, do your home work before you walk into this dealer.
