I have gone to Site for Sore Eyes for many years, I was sorely disappointed when they failed to inform me payment had not been made. After a lengthy visit, I took paperwork home and gave it to my mother. They told me payment would be needed once the glasses arrived. However, I called in about *two weeks* later to inquire about the arrival, and only then did they inform me I needed to make payment before they could make the order. They also stated they gave a phone call and left a message telling me I had not made a payment, a statement they quickly retracted once they realized they had failed to do so. There was an unclear policy, and a lack of follow through with customer service. So now, I have 9 days to go to college, and I have no glasses. The only reason they receive two stars instead of one is because they have a nice selection of frames.

Wonderful customer service. The two ladies that work the counter are friendly, and were very helpful in choosing the right frames for me. They were able to show me frames based on what I said I was looking for, and gave objective critiques of those I tried on, making the selection process quick and painless. They have a wide selection of fashionable frames, and with Beth and Ashelys help, youre sure to find the right pair for you. They also take VSP, an insurance that wasnt accepted at this chain previously.

I was so impressed with both the doctor and the staff here. Everyone was super helpful and incredibly friendly, and I loved their selection of frames! The two women were incredibly well versed and honest about their opinions of what looks best. Highly recommended!
