The service at this place is just simply awesome. They rescued me from a major disaster. I stayed in Auburn on an overnight trip and woke up in the morning to find one of my contact lenses missing from the case. I had a long day ahead of me which entailed a lot of driving...and there was no way if I only had vision from one eye. I called Site For Sore Eyes and explained my problem and they came to my rescue. I had to have my optometrist fax over a copy of the prescription (I didnt have a copy on hand) and it was ready for me when I arrived at the store. Not only did they have lenses stocked at the store, they gave it to be for free! How nice is that?!! Thank you Site For Sore Eyes --Auburn!

This place does not know how to make glasses and were actually unable to make a pair for me. Their $40,000 machine could not cut the glasses to fit inside the frame I picked out so they had to give me a refund. They did give me a refund but they wasted almost 2 months of my time trying to make a pair of glasses because they couldnt get it right. Do yourself a favor and go to Auburn Family Optometry. You will not be disappointed. I got the same pair of frames there for half the price and were made in one week.

Would never recommend this place in a million years, terrible service. Horrible experience across the board. Your better off going to Walmart!
