Horrible customer service, I bought a new enail for $235.00 on a Tuesday and by the second use which was the following Friday the enail was no longer working... I called the store the store told me we cant help you because its broke we cant resell it . At that point I immediately went to the store I had to argue with this guy and his little brother who kept ad-libbing for about 45 minutes before I had to threaten to call the police and take him to court at that point he started to break down telling me he would absorb half the cost I told him thats not an option I want my money or a replacement then he tried to take it the religious way and insult me as a Muslim by him being a Muslim hes asking me why would I come to his store and do him like that as if i should let it go because of me being Muslim he had to be told that religion was not a reason for my visit it was his horrible products and I want my money back finally broke gave me a brand new replacement and asked me not to come back to the store so dont shop here at this store spend your money somewhere else even if it costs more go somewhere where they have good customer service these people are a joke they came here to just capitalize and and make some money and they probably be back in the country in no time why you sitting somewhere stuck with a problem . Do not patronize these people horrible horrible service!!!!!

This place is the best for vape products, the best prices around very good quality devices, tanks and a very nice juice selection. I have been going to this place for almost 4 years. All my friends and family members now go here as well. If they dont carry a vape product that u would like most of the time it just takes asking and they will do there best to find it and begin carrying it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they unfortunately are not in the best location as there is a high volume of Riff-Raff around that part of town.

They sold me a fake set of coils for my Clieto 120. The packaging looked real, had all the logos and everything but they didnt taste good/last long. I scratched off the Authenticity Serial # and behold: its a fake. Their prices for juices are good but now i wonder if those are just forgeries/clones as well.

They sell cheaply made knock off items that wont last more than a couple of days. Beware of this place. Most of their inventory is not worth your money.
