The owner is a dick. Bought a Brand new Xikar that had issues out of the box stabilizing. Brought it back the next day to exchange it. They didnt have one in stock any longer so I asked for a refund. NO REFUND POLICY! WTF! I bought it last night! I USED to buy cigars here all the time but now the F&^&%&^%&^$...ing Basta*&^%$#$@ds will never see me again!

Owner very rude and bad customer service. Low inventory and very overpriced. Bought two pipes only to get home and realize they were filthy dirty on the inside. They also will charge you for screens. Dont come here.
