Im the first to support local businesses, but there were a couple things I wasnt especially thrilled with. This was my first time stopping here on my way to work, so I usually try not to judge too harshly. We came in and its a super cute little place. Love the overall feel and the fact that theres patio seating. I ordered iced coffee and a bacon, egg, cheese breakfast sandwich and was overall pleased with the prices. It wasnt very crowded when we came in, just a group of older gentlemen who looked to have been served already and a woman who ordered before me. The thing I noticed the most was the lack of friendly service from the gal behind the counter. She didnt say anything rude by any means, but not a smile in sight, just a look of irritation, which was off putting for me. Maybe they just got through with their morning rush or she had a bad morning, i get this as Im in customer service too, but some things should be a set standard. Even the gals in Starbucks with a line out the door manage to smile. It took probably about 7 or 10 minutes to get my little breakfast sandwich and iced coffee, which, no big deal to me - again, I understand the service industry. As I was waiting though, I did see that the baked goods case needed to be cleaned/wiped down as it looked like someone brought their dog in and his nose smudged up the glass. Im not saying this place is dirty by any means, just something I observed. Their coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was okay. Not something Id order again, but their cupcakes looked great! I dont think Ill be coming back for coffee, but I do want to try the smoothies and shakes. Hopefully the gal behind the counter will be in a better mood, the last thing people want in the morning is an unfriendly face. I hope this place lasts, I know theyre fairly new and it looks like theyre first time business owners so I wish them all the best and hope theyll continue to grow :)

On a Sunday morning a half an hour before they opened they let me come in get some coffee and goodies for my kids. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcome (again it was 30 mins before they were to open). They had hot coffee ready in a caraf and pasties already filling the case. Thank you for making my morning.

Great local coffee shop. Get your coffee drink hot, iced, blended... Fruit Smoothies too. Take a moment and sit out on the patio... Start a conversation if you wish and meet some of the great locals or those just passing through and taking a short break.
