place sucks I bought an 80 dollar mod that stopped working after couple days so figured buy another or complain for new one but sense I used it I figured not to bother complaining about it and so I just bought another one and as I walked out. the other mod started working and tuned on so I turned right around after purchase and wanted to get my money back. and the rude guy said no he couldnt and it was to late after 4 min of purchase, seriously? no wonder the place gets CUSTOMERS LOSS. but if the owner is able to exchange the mod and be cool about it then my money will continue to be spent there but until then ill go to other shops for now.

Super nice, super helpful. They ask you what youre looking for, then provide a number of choices for you to decide upon. Also, always well stocked with great product, and always getting those new flavors in that other shops just dont seem to carry. As for prices, well, I dont go there to buy 7/11 or Circle-K garbage, I go there to get the good stuff, and sometimes, the good stuff isnt cheap. But when i leave the store, I always feel like I got a great deal on some quality liquid. Would definitely recommend to anyone who vapes.

I was looking for a very specific pipe so I called around a few places but they didnt have it. I called this place and the owner (Al) knew exactly what I was talking about. He didnt have the color I wanted so he ordered it and called me 2 days later to let me know he had it now. I was surprised because he didnt take a deposit or anything, just my number. Very cool dude.

This place is great! I wanted to try the e-cigarette, so I called about 5 other placed before I called Ajay at 1st One Smoke Shop. The other places acted like I was bothering them, Ajay was so nice and helpful there was no need to call more smoke shops, I would buy there because of the customer service and the price was good $21.00 for a starter kit.
