My girlfriend surprised me and bought me a "Padron" cigar from this Smoke Shop."Bless her heart lol," but as soon as I saw what she bought me I knew it was a COUNTERFEIT. From the gauge size, to the smell, a knockoff PADRON! Oh and the dirty, harsh, thin, bitter smoke was rancid! It wasnt hard to tell, I come from a family of Cigar connoisseurs. PADRONs along with COHIBAS are the most common counterfeited cigars in the world. Pseudo, Unhonest Places like M&A smoke shops sell junk like this!! Dont let them hoodwink you. Once we confronted them about this, they knew and did nothing to assist us. (Wagging finger of shame) at a dishonest Business.

Two weeks ago I bought my husband a torch lighter. It worked for a few days. I took it back because it wasnt working and after spending $15.00 on it it should have lasted longer. The owner John said it needed flint. I took it home and my husband took it apart and it does not have flint in it. Took it back and he still would not replace it. We have been a long time costumer he does not stand by his products. We will now not go there and take our business some wherr else.

i went to riverside plaza to watch a movie and was looking for a smoke shop on my phone and i was able to find this place. the owner is very friendly and knows how to treat customers. one of the cheapest places to buy tobacco i think. if not for the prices the friendliness of the owner is what made me want to leave a comment. the owner hooked me up with an extra pack of cigs. I will definitely be stopping by here more often.

I JUST CALLED WITH A QUESTION REGARDING THE LIFE OF SOME VERY EXPENSIVE CIGARS. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED PAID NO ATTENTION TO MY CALL AND THE YES YES TO MY QUESTION AND HUNG UP. HE COULD HAVE SAID HE WAS BUSY AND TO CALL BACK OR ASK ME TO HOLD. THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT IS NO WAY TO BUILD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Robert and Nicole are both very helpful and they know how to treat customers. John the owner is always very nice and very professiona. Store is always clean inside. This is the only place I go to when I need cigarettes or lotto scratches. Love them all. :-P

They used my mobile app coupon i watched them click everything malboro verifying it was used and they tell me that it didnt work. Scandelous cant even do legitemant business. Scam a dollar fifty.... pathetic
