I was at this Starbucks July 25 2016 at 3:40 P.M. I ordered a Venti Cold Brew with the Vanilla Sweet Cream paid for it and they have me a black Cold Brew said they were out of the Sweet Cream. This was after I paid and was picking it up. No one said anything about being out of It otherwise I would of ordered something else. This isnt the first time that this has happened to me there. Come on and get it together. Im not coming back to this one again.

The coffee is the usual Starbucks quality, delicious! But the staff at this Starbucks is consistently rude. Ive been there several times and every time I go they 1) get the order wrong and 2) are unapologetic about it. They never greet you when you come, they never say thank you. Id rather go the extra mile or so to another Starbucks than stop at this one.

It is Starbucks quality coffee meaning one has to cover it up with sugar and cream. (Try Peets for good coffee.) But added to it is a hyper unhappy staff that makes a morning even more unpleasant. Food is barely edible. Go to Eurocafe for good food.

Finally a Starbucks nearby with a drive thru! The line at the drive thru though can be long but if youre not in a hurry its ok. This use to be a Burger King for years, its nice to see something replace the empty building

The Management and the rest of the team work together in an excellent way. We enjoy the place and its location. However what attract us to the place is the staff.
