Dont try to call this place...I tried several times to ask a simple question, they would not pick up the phone...the couple of times they picked it up--first time was to hang up; second time a woman announced for all available cashiers to the front and hung up on me. One of the times I called, their phone cue had me on hold and recycled for half an hour before I hung up. Needless to say, I did call them several times this evening before I decided to give up. Other than that, the employees are friendly and professional. I actually did buy some things for my son this year from there.

The employees are knowledgable however, the cleaanlieness is horrible. The outside trash is always overflowing with trash weeks old. The parkinglot is awful. Diapers so old and ran over its part of the pavement now. In the bathroom there is never seat covers or paper towels soap even! Always abundnce of trash on ground and that's probably because the trash is always overflowing. The babychanger is always dirty. The funny thing is we were there at 2:45 and someone signed off the clean checklist for 3:00 we stayed till almost 4 used restroom again and it was still in shambols.

So this place gets 4 stars not because it is awesome, well it is a toy store so it is pretty awesome. But because it reminds me of toys r us from when I was a kid. 25 years or so ago. It is that kind seedy space with the strange door on the side to buzz if you have a larger package. That door was always the coolest as a kid because it meant you were getting a toy that was HUGE. So if you went to toys r us as a kid check this place out for some good nostalgia and maybe pick up some Legos while you are at it, they have a pretty nice selection.

We come to Toys R Us just to look around and watch our daughter is get excited about toys. The people that work at this location are really nice and helpful. The prices are a bit High compared to their competition but they will price match according to the sticker on the front door. The selection here is great and I really like the selection of educational toys and supplies.

They didnt have the bike we were searching for, but they were willing to help find it online, and double check via phone to the store that showed having it that it was in stock. Needless to say the employees at this Toys R Us were friendly and helpful which made our experience with them good.

Its a bit pricey with a lot of items but they have so much stuff and its a great place to let your kids go for finding birthday stuff or christmas presents and there are always employees around you to ask if you need any help with anything so you dont ever feel lost in this giant store.

Over priced and the store is always a mess. I mean really over priced, with a Target in the same parking lot with sometimes 50 percent less on some things, I am supposed they are still in business. The help is hard to find and it is hit and miss on if you get someone friendly.

You are swarmed by employees as soon as you enter the store asking if you need help finding anything. No problem though., they are just doing their job. Great selection of toys and knick nacks.

Toy was horrible. I put batteries and it kept turning on and off there must have been a shortage or something in the wires. Although customer service was great and friendly employees.

Its a typical TRU. Nice employees some stuff a little messy but, its feast or famine with kid stuff so its what youd expect with hundreds of kids pouring through everyday.
