Great place, meats are great quality, the beef ribs are the best I have ever purchased. My son and Ex eat beef, and I could never understand why people buy beef ribs,.when there was never any meat on this large bone, but one day I went here, and have not stop coming. I drive all the way from Perris, I pay the price,.because it has been worth it. Both my son and Ex feel the same. They will come here before they go anywhere else. LOVE, LOVE,LOVE!!!!. I even found Orange roughy fish here, when I could not find it anywhere. A customer for life.

We love this place!!! Started going there when our daughter raised a pig, Hottinger was the butcher. All the meat was perfectly prepared and packaged to our specifications. We did not know what to expect when we went to pick up the meat and walked into an old fashioned meat market! Wonderfully stocked with everything from lunch meats and hot dogs to fresh cuts of beef, pork, and chicken. So far the prepared Tri Tip is awesome and the Coney Island hot dogs rock!! We also love the brats and other various sausages.

I was turned on to this place last weekend. I am a sausage lover. They have many varieties of sausage available there. Last weekend they had a sample of sausages being grilled out front. The English bangers were very good. I bought the Swedish Potato Sausage from them but was somewhat disappointed. The spices seemed somewhat miniscule and not enough and they were way to overloaded with onions. Nevertheless it is still a good place but just need a little help with the Swedish sausage.

Nice store, good customer service and customers are very nice. I was looking for exotic burgers and sausages. They was empty. One customer refer me to game meat USA. I went there. I was surprise bison burgers was ten dollars. 100% pure without fillers.I love their exotic and game meat I will always buy my regular meats from Hottinger Family Meats

Excellent customer service. Their deli is amazing. Some of my family members have tried their paaastraaami at family events, and now come from different citys to get theirs. Along with other meats theyve tried grooving throughout the years. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. ENJOY!!!

I just started buying here too, tired of the same old lean, low quality, green meats that are available in the supermarkets. This is a FULL service shop. Lots of service, quality meats, and lots to chose from. This shop wont trick you either like the big store butchers do.

Went to school with Ray, and have been going there forever! Best of the best in the I.E. ! Ive been here in Chino for close to 60 years and now I know why I never moved, I was worried I would have to turn vegetarian!! Great Market give it a try youll be glad you did! !!

Lunch sandwich special is awesome. Very good price too. The meats all look amazing quality. Im coming back here to try their marinated chicken and grab some steaks. Friendly and helpful people as well. This place is a hidden gem.

Their marinated chicken is amazing! We tried the Santa Maria and I made "chile relleno chicken." Next time Ill try the garlic butter marinade and attempt to make chicken parm. Nailed it yall!

About 12:30, Saturday before Easter Sunday parking lot was FULL! We found everything we needed for our Easter Sunday bbq and were out 7-8 minutes later! Great job Hottingers!!
