Bought a bed frame labeled "queen" about 2 weeks ago. It is a full size bed frame. Asked if we could set it up to make sure, they assured me it was a queen size and that they had checked. I foolishly believed them, just took my old bed frame to the dump so I would have room to set up the new "queen". Now I have no where to sleep because my mattress is a queen and will not fit on this full size frame. When we went to pick up the frame, we had to wait 30 minutes because they didnt have enough employees. They also brought out the wrong item twice before they finally found our stuff. Had to ask for my receipt back. Very disappointed in that location.

Store manager said i stole something from the store and told employees that if i came in to tell me ro leave cause I stole or they will call the police. Funny thing is if i stole from there on the day the store manager is talking about why didnt they stop me and call the police on me. Reason is they didnt do that is because they didnt see me steal anything. I think they didnt want me in the store cause i am homeless. Damn i love window shopping and going into goodwill and lookong around passes time for me.

Absolutely love going to my local Goodwill store on Manzanita Avenue by Safeway. I frequent the store about twice a month, always nice to see the stock change ever so often, makes for almost a new shopping experience each time. The store is big, mostly always clean and the staff are almost always willing to help you out.

Worst Goodwill ever!!!! The "supposed manager" who was about 18 and a snob was no help to me at all. She was completely rude and wouldnt return an item that was purchased that day. So i had my boyfriend go inside and try to return it and wouldnt you know the little skank returned it....never going there again!

Ridiculously overpriced stuff. Sometimes they charge more than regular stores for the same item. Always have your phone to check the price online if possible, because you might be getting ripped off. One star for good workers, always polite and helpful and one star for cleanliness

The item that I was purchasing would normally be sold as a pair. The cashier agreed that it should be sold as a pair. The manager was rude and refused to sell as a pair. Had I made the purchase I would have paid twice the price and more than the item would cost brand new.

I am a regular customer. Good store but possibly sexist managers. In hundreds of times i have been here, i have only seen Woman Cashiers. They have not given me a good reason as to why when asked. I would recommend they hire some male cashiers in the future.

looking very cleaned up and organized lately... Great Job ladies! and gents...Aug 2016- the prices for clothes are ridiculous. I do like how the furniture prices are dropped daily. Its the only reason I go to Goodwill. Everything else is too high priced.

Good store. Occasionally find good deals there. The prices have got ridiculous recently. The Halloween costumes have doubled in price. If they lowered the prices, they would sell more. After all, the stuff is donated.

One of the better locations for clothing and household goods, dishes, glassware, etc. The only thing I dont really like about this location is that it is crowded, and they leave stock carts on the floor when it is busy.

Large variety however they are expensive for a thrift store and they dont have many sales. The staff is not very friendly and definitely not helpful. Ive stopped a couple for help and they barely slow down to answer me.

They fired me on wrongful termination they knew I had medical problems they didnt care over worked me placed me on suspension and fired me because I called out three days in a row and they knew my medical problems

The worst customer service. One cashier & line so long & no one cares. Never asked if we wanted senior discount. Then said was to late. Couldnt return new items ..collars that did not fit the dogs. Wont go back!

They get good stuff in odd sizes there. And we found a My Little Pony play set for 2 bucks! However!!!...it took me 3 tries to get a computer keyboard that works...can you guys check to make sure stuff works pls?

Everywhere one goes in the store someone else is violatong personal space. I dont mean just standing too close... I mean feeling their breath and smelling what they had to eat or drink. Isles are too narrow.

I cant ever really find anything good in size XL womens. Everything is always smaller our bigger. I would much rather drive to a different goodwill than shop at this one at the corner where I live.

Theyre prices are kind of expensive for a second hand store with the quality of items they do. I wouldnt go out of my way to go here, I usually only go when Im waiting for my laundry.
