If i could give them no stars that would be better. Horrible customer service. No one gives a crap including the manager. DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I went there for a remote for a my ford focus, the remote was not cheap they charged me 53.00 bucks. It worked when i did it with one of their employees. A week later it just STOPPED working button by button. So I went back and tried getting it exchanged. The guy who handles and "WHO IS TRAINED" to program the remote his name is John Rice, he was stuck up from the beginning, told me that i didnt program it correctly. Even after i told him it worked when we programmed it the first time. So he took a same remote and tried programming again. Then told me it was my cars fault. I told him okay. So i got my car tested for any problems on my end. There was nothing wrong. I went back there, and they didnt even wanna help me anymore. I was waiting for 10 mins just to be told they were going to do a refund on it. They didnt even make not one more attempt to fix the problem. After i wasted my time going to the mechanics. The....... guy that was trained to handle the remotes was so stuck up and rude didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. They acted like it was all my fault. I sat in my car and cryed because i thought i wasted so much money and time to be treated like i didnt matter, because im a women. So i went back in there to talk to the useless manager about my ordeal. He came cocky and arrogant. His response was "whats the issue", I told him what his employee did. He gave me a rude response saying his merchandise was defective. Even though it was for sale to the public. He knew this but still selling the remotes. As i was talking to him he walked away with his hand in my face telling to leave. With his cocky employee next to him smiling at misery.I also called corporate nothing was done about it. I went to Amazon a few days later. And got a better remote wih excellent customer service and free shipping it cost a grand total of $6.00. Compared to Aces 53.00 with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks ace your the worst!!!!!! IM NOT EVER GOING TO ANY OF YOUR STORES EVER AGAIN. WELL whats left of them!!!!!!!

Love the service at this place. Walk in the door and youll be immediately greeted by someone who knows where everything is and will take you there, and offer more info about the item or project. The prices are fair, and I appreciated when they recommended going to the big box store for a better selection on certain items. This will always be my first stop for my projects, though. They usually have a little bit of everything.

I am trying not to use HomeDepot as my go-to place anymore. While they carry 10 varieties of everything the place has turned into a zoo with no keepers. ACE is a pleasant change of pace, the people are helpful and it is more laid back, and I generally find the product I am looking for. If they dont have it I can find it elsewhere (not at HD) or get it on Amazon.
