This place sucks!! Be careful to check your receipt to make sure they scan the right promotion or discount you get! Today would be my last time shopping there! I received 2 postcards late October from DSW. One was the $10 off now (Nov.) and $10 off later(Dec.), the other was the $10 certificate from my reward account which expires in Jan., 2016. On Nov. 6, I went there and bought a pair of legging which was $14.95, I gave the lady the $10 off now(Nov.), she scratched and kept it so I got $10 off and paid $5.35. Today, when I went to their store again to use the $10 off later(Dec.) and $10 certificate (Jan.,2016). They told me I already redeemed the certificate on Nov. 6. I was astonished and told them I never used it, I said there must be something wrong. OK, as anyone who can think logically, I only had one purchase the entire November, I am holding the $10 off now/ $10 off later postcard in front of you which only has the Dec. part left, For Which Logical Reason, I Dont Use the $10 for Nov., and INSTEAD, use the certificate expires in Jan.? My purchase was less than $20, so I Dont Need to Use Both of them! I was told multiple times that they CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT and READY TO DISCARD MY CERTIFICATE at the beginning. I told the manager I wanted to have my postcard back. Then after a conversation, the manager asked me to show them the receipt, luckily I didnt throw it away, but it was home. I was told I must bring it back and then they might be able to figure out what happened, on another day! Come on, I live far away and need to take 91 and 57 to get there, which were famous for the terrible traffic, they can access my account online, they were able to see my transactions, and it is a waste of gas as well. Im really thinking if the $10 is worth for me to be back to there again! Im done shopping at Brea Mall, I dont need to go to that direction recently! Well, $10 was not a big amount of money, but the whole Experience, was Not Happy, ESPECIALLY, at the beginning, I felt I was treated as someone who wanted to cheat... Im not going to be their customer anymore. I can understand and accept mistakes, everyone makes mistakes, but please, have a brain to think logically? Dont just jump to a conclusion. I usually go to the DSW next to the Ontario Mills, never had any problems, and I should not change my routine.

Went to look for a specific type of mens running shoe. Found what I wanted, but they didnt have my size in the store. Sales rep came over to help, answered my questions and offered to see if they had it online (which they did) - he had them ordered and shipped to my home in 3 days. Polite and professional service. Will buy from here again.

We received a warm welcome. Even though we got there just before closing time. We didnt feel rushed. We had freedom to walk around the store and try the item my son picked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Impressed with the service we received.

Friendly, helpful staff and with reasonably available stock. If they dont have it in-store, they are quick to offer to check other local locations or offer free to-home shipping.
