Awesome jewelry shop that is both local and family owned. I got my wifes engagement ring crafted with them and I loved how quickly they worked and the quality of the ring. We got our wedding rings from 14 karats too and have been coming back every year for all of our fine jewelry needs despite the fact that we are no longer living in the Bay Are. Seriously, you cant get a better value anywhere else!

I went in to get some links taken out of a watch band, and the owner was great. He was a bit uncouth, but that seemed to add to the experience rather than detract from it, and he had a very friendly Australian Shepherd in the store. It was an overall entertaining experience, and I highly recommend the 14 Karats if you need any sort of jewelry or watch repair.

What can I say about this place that hasnt been said before? A great place for custom jewelry at good prices. All of my friends and I have had our wedding rings custom made at the 14 karats. Great service and attention to detail at good prices.
