I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for in a wedding band, so Smith Jewelers worked with me to create a custom design. It arrived today and is PERFECT, even better than I had imagined. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Smith Jewelers in general due to their ethics, and specifically because of the amazing customer service. I will absolutely consider Smith Jewelers for future purchases.

Bittum is an amazing person. She is always willing to work within my budget and has never pressured me into something I couldnt afford. When I was considering a setting for my wifes wedding ring, she had it overnighted at no cost just so I could look at it. A Napa jeweler told it would be two weeks for the same thing. I live 45 minutes away but Elan Fine Jewelers is worth the drive.
