I got there at 10:02 pm and the store was closed. All I needed was formula for my baby. I didnt realize he was almost out till late at night because I had spent most of the day at the doctors office. So I asked the security guard if he can please let me in several customers were still inside. I just needed formula. He told me to go to 711 or another place. I asked to speak with the manager and this lady says she cant let me in. I told her all I need is formula. I had my 3 kids with me all under 5. I really didnt want to go anywhere else since I was already there and its difficult to carry all of them all over town especially so late at night. She told me to go to walmart or food 4 less. I felt so bad being turned away. I will take her recommendation and go to those stores from now on. As a mother I felt so bad that I had to go out and try to find food for my baby so late at night.

I usually love going groceries shopping, but just thinking of going to this market to grab something fast since its very close to me makes me angry. Its not just once or twice, its an issue that this store has, BIG LONG LINES!!! The store has some good deals but the lines are horrible! Superior Grocers always only has 3 cashiers open and 10 different families with carts! Cashier #6 has 15 carts in line. It is very annoying and time consuming. I hate it!! Please fix this problem (If I can share a video I honestly would)

The lines here are ridiculous when trying to get out fast....there was about 30 people and only 2 cash registers open.It took me 30 min. to pay for only 2 items....horrible.If you hate long waits & lines....then dont recommend this location.
