They always seem to be understaffed, it seems like sometimes one person is expected to answer all floor calls at the same time. The staff is always very friendly, and they seem to take better care of the animals here than some other Petcos Ive been to.

Super nice staff. I reffer to this place as the Auburn aquarium and small animal zoo" my son loves the fish, riders, birds, snakes and lizards. I like how they have refillable cat litter

Auburn store is the wrost! Nobodys willing to help customers, fish are always dead in tanks and all the staff seem to not know anything looking forward to the new pets mart

A smaller Petco store, but still has everything I need, which is dog food and goldfish food. Goldfish is still alive after 3 years, stupid Gold Country Fair...
