I love going here. These guys & gals really know their Automotive stuff. If they dont have something, they can usually get it in within the same day, to 48 hours. Napa also has a small shop on the premises. So they are able to do some repairs, and also turn your rotors. Their prices are great, and theyll price match their competitors. Sometimes I dont mind paying an extra couple bucks at Napa, because they have amazing service and knowledge, unlike some of the other automotive places I go to.

Napa is my favorite parts store for the good stuff. Other places might have no-fuss anyplace quadruple lifetime warranties on their parts, but Napa seems to have the stuff that generally doesnt break as much. Ive always enjoyed the witty banter with the counter guys here.

This auto parts store is wonderful. When I have any type of problem with my Z71, my ML350, or Jeep they figure it out. They have even made house calls to disgnose what might be wrong. Great prices and quality parts.

Wow! This is a real auto parts store. Unlike autozone and others. Napa staff is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. They even put your wiper blades on for you.
