Eric S. helped us out today and went above and beyond. My wife and I were halfway through an 8 hour drive to our vacation when a bump on the I-5 managed to tear the flap acting as a shield to our bumper. Normally this is a dealership or body shop fix. Eric spent 45 minutes problem solving with us on how we could safely fix it until we could get to a body shop without putting the car at risk. He even helped (read: did all the real work) install the pieces for us, and in the end, it was a cheap fix for us -- even though he spent 45 minutes in 90+ degree heat. You really couldnt ask for better customer service. Seriously, if youre in the area and need anything, my absolute recommendation is to find Eric S. and ask him for help.
