The supervisor or manager in this store has horrible customer service skills! I told her if she know that her store had a sister store named factory 2u and she stated yes! I said its funny how your shirts are 3.99 and your sisters store is 4 for 10. She had nothing to say just a horrible face. I replied with you must not care huh I guess you want just the day to end and all she said was that she doesnt know. For a manager or supervisor to have that type of attitude I believe is unexpected for since I am a supervisor my self. Did not get her name but she had brown blond hair with black hair on the root! Also to mention their was a mess all over the store and the line was very long. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store I will not be going myself anymore! Customer lost!✌

Find some treasures.. ...and did I mention AFFORDABLE?! This store can be a bit crowded with stuff. But so worth the few obstacles. Head to the back to the home decor. FANTASTIC. Tons of stuiff to did through and choose from. And almost everything is on sale and marked down to under 10 bucks. I redecorated my room for under $100! The lingerie section is bomb!!

The prices are ok, its not BOTTOM price cheap but the clothes are cute :) theres a weird variety all scattered about, no changing rooms, a large section of kids clothing, its kinda like Walmart just more ... homey haha
