Extremely bad customer service from employee name Anna, this morning Feb 20th , 2017. She gave me wrong change and when I went up to tell her that , in stead of apologizing, she said , "what do you mean I gave you wrong change" . I did the maths for her...but she was not getting it ...and she said let me check on her calculator and of course she gave me wrong change. After all this as I was walking away she said "next time if you dont have exact change then dont say you have change ".. And I told her" its just you , no one has never had any problem before if I did not have exact change" her reply -"well no its you , you need to get your thing together" my reply was-"know your maths!" She has throwing attitude even before when I returned the stuff and did not have the right receipt and she had to look up the label number. well that was time I need to talk to the manger. I dont know what will be the outcome of this kind of behavior. I am atleast never shopping in that Ross .. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Very bad customer service. As soon as we got to the line to pay for our purchase the store manager his name is Omar pulled the onle cashier away and started talking to him and we waited in the line. Omar did not car very bad management.

Only one bathroom in the entire store (thankfully I didnt need it), and very, very messy. About as bad as the Ross next to South Coast Plaza. The Ross in Aliso Viejo is better.
