I had an amazing experience, from a buyers astandpoint, at this particular location. Both Matt and Colby were so polite and helpful; you dont see that very often these days. GREAT job guys! In fact, I dont even think 3 minutes would go by before any sales associate would ask if I was OK or needed help. Now THATS customer service! Not only that, but they have the BEST prices of any other store, hands down! And a great selection at that. I will definitely be going back there for all my VANS needs in the future; theres no reason to go anywhere else!

I would like to give this place a better review but the last time I visited this location I was disappointed. The clearance isles are so crammed together that its almost impossible to shop there. The regular priced shoes are not always clearly marked with a price and there are not enough seats to sit down and try on shoes. It made what I thought was going to be a fun shopping experience very frustrating. I ended up buying a pair of Vans online instead.

Best deals in town, and best customer service. Employees are very personable, when ever I ask for assistance someones always willing to double check their stockroom for my size or additional colors they may have. I highly recommend stopping in periodically to see new styles and colors that come in!.

Its an outlet so you get great prices and tons of options. Shoes are typically buy one get one half off, and clothes are similar or even buy one get one free occasionally.
