New ownership.. "Greg," No good. Guy has a major attitude problem. Same owner as Kristys in Malibu. I watched him punch the old food menu because he forgot to take the old prices down and the clerk was honoring the pricess that were listed on the current menu (to a customer whom was ordering food) on display in the business. He said, "Heres what I think about these prices!" Then proceeded to punch the food menu board and broke it in front of everyone. (Surprisingly enough, the new chalkboard menu already had a crack in it.) He made his staff and customers extremely uncomfortable and it was plainly obvious. Not honoring the listed prices would be illegal. The clerk was just doing what was right legally. Im sincerely appalled.

This place is beyond AWESOME. It sells regular convenience store stuff, but you should go there for a western, remote, 1930s/40s convenience store feeling. The store is a glorious looking log cabin with a grill that serves hand-patted burgers, hot dogs, fries and stuff like that. There are some tables for guests right outside the store with a beautiful view. If you ever find yourself on Kanan Rd. going to Malibu, you must stop by and get some food, drink and rest at this place! Just do it. Im glad I did, and Ill go back there the next time I go to Los Angeles, and drive to Malibu.

Overheard the new owner referring to all of his current customers as "trash", so I guess you dont want to come here unless you are trash in which case, rock on, such a shame, was such a great place before with unbelievably friendly staff and the feeling like they cared you were there, used to bring my local clients there for lunch will never be returning Id advise you all do the same, place seems headed downhill quickly

Its just your typical Rustic Canyon General Store & Grill. Nothing great about it except that its the closest grocery store in Agoura Hills CA. They have pretty much everything (they dont have pork belly) and the prices arent bad. Free parking is always nice.

Historic old place, easy to get to, food, best, coffee etc. Kind of like a gas station, without the gas, but also kind of like a cafe, with outside covered seating. It could really use design help inside.
