It is always crowded at this location. They have a business customer account counter, that is where all the employees are always at when I come here. If I just want to pay for my items and go, I have to wait as no one is at the four registers at the normal counters. They do give a military discount, thats a plus, but they dont ask to scan your rewards card, thats a minus. Personally, I prefer the store on Kiel, but I cannot say everything is smooth sailing over there. One employee is great, one is awful, and there rest dont want to be there. Price wise, OReillys usually can beat them, but I have never got a military discount there, and they are usually stand in line swamped. If I can wait, I will shop online, save the markup, the taxes, and the shipping, and usually get what I need in two days.

This place is open til 10. Thats a plus. Otherwise I only go there as a last resort. Their staff is young and largely unknowledgeable. Very often they spit out opinions based on personal preference instead of mechanical knowledge. Opinions should be asked only if the worker is over 40 or in a managerial position. The rest are a bunch of knuckleheads with poor customer service skills and knowledge (you might as well ask a Walmart clerk). Go to next door to OReilly they know their stuff & can help you much better.

Absolutely the cream of the crop when it comes to little things I need for my car or big things. I can see why the lot is always jam-packed with people. Everyone from the management down is knowledgeable and willing to do things like change your bulbs or diagnose and print out your check engine light issues- no questions asked.

This place has pretty much everything Ive needed for working on my vehicles. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always work to find exactly what I need. Often I have no idea about what it is Im looking for so theyll come out on the sales floor and actually find it for me. Its always refreshing going in here.

Waited 15 minutes while one clerk pushed buttons on her computer, and 3 other employees were out in the parking lot. Left and went next door to Oreilly and was waited on immediately.

Great service, friendly staff, and they will always help you find what you need. Their selection is better than most AZ in the area due to being a hub.
