They try to be helpful. However, they have given me wrong specs which resulted in me having to go back and do the work over again. When I mentioned this, they laughed which really was not amusing to me. They are a convenient location, but I find myself right now ordering from AutoZone because they are unable to get a part for me. I realize that it is hard to find competent staff but the managers need to spend more time training their help. I will use them again due to the convenient location they have, but will double check what they sell me, and the information they communicate to me.

This should be your number one destination for auto parts in Conway. Not only do they have the best pricing, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The store manager is awesome and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. If they dont have what you need, it can usually be ordered for next day at no extra charge. They also have a great rewards program so be sure to check that out as well!

I have worked on my own cars ever since my teenage years. Advance is my favorite Automotive store. Sometimes the parts might be a couple bucks higher than Autozone or OReillys, but the staff tend to be much more knowledgable and will save you time and effort from buying a wrong item.
