Honestly the previous reviews are very deceitful. I just got back from getting my piercing here & i must say it was amazing! I am not from Arkansas, I am from NYC & dont do my piercings from just anywhere. I had a lot of piercings myself but they did an incredible job! The customer service was great! The staff was very welcoming & helpful. They took their time & explained the procedure. Was willing to answer any questions you asked & so forth. I had fun just being there period. I completely recommend this place to every and anyone who is looking for a place to get pierced. AND it was very affordable which made the experience 10x better! I must say though, I WILL be coming back here for another piercing and bringing more people with me :D

Went and got my monroe pierced payed 30 dollars plus 10 for a gem piercing and a 5 Dollar tip u pay before you get the service i should have taken that as a sign. After the piercer pierced me i started bleeding real bad it wouldnt stop. He took the piercing out and told me to stay until the bleeding stopped. That took almost 30 mins he told me to come back and any other piercing i wanted he would use that as my payment. But ive been pierced plenty of times never have i bled. So i didnt want him to pierce me elsewhere nor did i want their service. They wouldnt give me a refund or a credit. I told him that was bad service for someone to just pocket 45 dollars. SO I HAVE NO GOOD COMMENTS FOR THEM

Nobody come to this place , it is trash. I got tattoo done by a lady who was rude the entire time and she did a horrendous job , Iam bruised , I have lines that are crooked I have random ink spots imprinted on my body and she messed up on the words of my quote, she manhandled me multiple times making me feel uncomfortable and not safe. I talked to the owner very kindly about the situation seeing what we could do to fix it and he basically said its my fault and they couldnt help me. I beg you, do not go there unless you want to have a tattoo done nowhere near what you wanted and have to live with it for the rest of your life.

I got my first tattoo 3 days ago, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so sweet and down to Earth. My tattoo artist was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, he took my black cat tattoo behind my ear and added so much charm and character to it. Im very pleased! Yesterday I took my friend to get her first tattoo, she didnt go the same place as I, and Im very displeased with her experience. She was (I felt) over charged and the wait to actually talk to someone was triple mine (5-10mins). I will be returning to Psychadelic in the future!

Great Customer service, lowest piercing prices, and very clean. Lady at the counter was awesome, and talked me thru my nerves before, and the piercer was real cool, and didnt mind waiting for me to "be ready." I bled a little, but thats to be expected with a needle going thru my tongue, the piercer got me some cold water, and it stopped almost immediately. I wont go anywhere else for my piercings, best experience Ive had at any shop in little rock.

Grew up in foreign countries and Ive lived in multiple states in the u.s... never, literally never, have I been as demeaned and disrespected by anyone as much as when I inquired about a tattoo that carried emotional and familial meaning to me. Someone must have bought this place from the guy who named it "psychodelic" butterfly. The people who work here carry the vibe of prison guards, bizarre experience.

I Had A Piercing Done And They Pierced It Wrong So I Went Back To Get It Repierced They Pierced It ...It Was Still Wrong..Im Trying To Get It Repierced Again They Told Me That I Still Had To Pay Full Price When It Was Clearly Their Mistake I Wouldnt Recommend Anyone Here I Regret Going Here And Im So Annoyed With Them Right Now So No Im Not Going Back To Them Ever Again

I went to PsychoDelic for my first tattoo along with 2 of my friends in February. My artist was David and he was friend and informative. I went back a couple of weeks ago and got another tattoo from Easyface. Once again he was very friendly and my tattoo cost nearly $100 cheaper than I was originally told. Great place to go and I definitely recommend it to other.

Ive been to PsychoDelic Butterfly several times & the service is execellant! Their care for the people who come through their door couldnt be better start to finish. Worm totally rocks as a tattoo artist & the other artists tats are awesome as well! Always gotta be some haters in the world!! Geez! Keep up the good work PsychoDelic Butterfly! )

The tattoo artist, Chris, was very aggressive when I told him I thought my piercer hadnt done a good job and asked for a free jewelry change. He was aggressive, almost yelling, and told me that signing my informed consent sheet meant that he could "do anything he wanted to me after that."

Customer service suck, well if you want to call it that. They are lazy. I guess things change for the worst. I originally got my tongue pierced there many years ago, I used to recommend. Them but not now. They suck rocks. If u can take your business elsewhere

Everybody Was Nice when I arrived , their prices are reasonable, I had the Best Time Getting my Belly Button pierced by Melody Compton.Also the lady I spoke to over the phone was Very nice!! Thanks !! Well come again for more

They pierce with veterinarian needles. Rude over the phone (lady worker). Also not reasonable about parents waiting outside with smaller siblings if they are only living parent and they also pierced my ear wrong.
