Great vibe, fresh food, awesome service! We came here for dinner before First Friday last night, and it was so good that were coming back for breakfast this morning. We started with the Eat the Rainbow salad, full of garden-fresh vegetables and three dipping sauces on the side. Their kids menu is great (not the usual nugget or hamburger fare, although they do have grilled cheese or almond butter and jelly on good bread), and only $3. Our ten year-old ordered two kids meals: 1) half a grilled cheese sandwich with grapes and pineapple 2) a large bowl of fresh berries, melon and pineapple. Its nice that they donate two meals to a charity for every kids meal purchased. I got the rice bowl: more fresh veggies, avocado and rice with sesame. My husband got a half rotisserie chicken. Its happy hour from 3-close, which was a nice bonus. They also have unsweetened, flavored iced tea. Our server was really friendly and accommodating. .

Friend and I got there about 12:30 on a Monday. Place was pretty crowded. We ended up sharing a long table with two other groups of two which worked out great. The two women were fun to chat with. We did eat outside as the inside was LOUD. I had lentil coconut soup which was good, not so good Id be eager to order again. I had a bite of friends carrot ginger soup which was daily special - WOW- really good. We split the Del Real - it was really good. Would definitely order again. Although lots of things sounded great. Neighbors pot pie looked wonderful. Lots of dessert choices. I had a cherry hibiscus macaroon. It was good to very good. In hindsight ..... I should have ordered something else. Not quite to my taste. Friend said her chocolate chip cookie was great. You order at the counter, they bring it to your table. So, service is minimal. Staff seems friendly and helpful, but saw very little of them.

Its hard to leave a review for this place without writing a dissertation. Weekly specials are awesome, and often find myself sad they only last a week. Things like BBQ pork pancakes, steak tip quasadillas, homemade pot pies, and the list seems endless. Each week is a surprise! Ive been coming here for 2 years almost now and have never been disappointed. The owners are very cool, the staff is always happy to be there. Ive never met the owners, but team morale speaks volumes. Fun events, often. Sunday dinners at discount, weekend farmer markets, etc. The menu is innovative. Its hard to describe. So when I say their lemonade is good - I mean its not like lemonade youve tasted. It has lavender petals, fresh honey, and mint in it. When I say their pot pie is good, it means the crust itself is to die for. And the verde pork on the inside is doubly so. Go visit!

I went with a friend to try a new place on a Sunday morning, we walked in and sat at the bar requesting water and menus. The place was busy and it took awhile to get thes items. Eventually the bar tender took our order and we sat and waited and waited and waited. after watching the people across from us who came in 10 min later then we did, not only order but get served and almost done. The day manager came out and told us they were out of eggs and could not serve us. This after 40 minutes of waiting. Strange they had eggs for the people across from us.What resturant runs out of eggs and cant send someone to get some instead of telling the customers they cant be served. We were wearing Black leather jackets and had arrived on Harleys I think we were discriminated against because of this. I will not return and will tell as many people as I can about this.

Only been here once, so theyll have to earn 5 stars. Went with a friend of mine who suggested this place. He had the green chile pot pie, which I tasted and it was delicious. I had a rice dish with organic market vegetables which was also very, very good! Im not sure what sauce they put on it but it really helped make the dish sing. It gave flavor to the vegetables without covering them up. I will say, for rice and vegetables $14 seems like a lot. However they were cooked expertly, & I really did enjoy myself. Beautiful restaurant with both inside and outside seating. I will be back! One note: service was friendly, but a little slow. Also, when someone orders chips and salsa dont make them feel like a holes, for asking for xtra hot sauce. Our server seemed inconvenienced by our simple request.

Great food and Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten etc friendly. Beer is cheap and the food is great. Sometimes it feels like I just payed $10 for a bowl of oatmeal or beans, but its pretty damn good oatmeal and beans and meat eaters probably get more bang for their buck at any food location anyway. The bakery section is nice as well. During a Monsoon they let people take shelter inside and overall the place has a really great vibe. Sometimes the servers seem a little overworked and stressed, but I guess thats what I get for going on a Friday night. Its a great spot for lunch though and during the off hours I even manage to get some work done sitting at their picnic tables.

This was one of the first restaurants I visited upon moving to Phoenix, and it remains a favorite. Some of my favorites are the AZ Burger, the Devils Mess as a breakfast burrito and sometimes the Eat the Rainbow salad, which is a mix of lightly steamed, al dente veggies and spinach. They have tasty coffee beverages and cocktails too. If I had a critique, its that when you go for lunch, its not always clear whether folks are lining up in a single line or separately - I think this is a question of layout. Ive also seen them try a couple different things in this regard over the last year, so it may be something theyre still working on.

Great service and food/drinks to match. The menu options varied enough that I wanted to try everything. Servers recommendations were all delicious. (Rotisserie chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli & Pot Pie.) Portions were great considering the prices. The server knew the menu well. Atmosphere was relaxed, but obviously a very well maintained establishment. If youre looking for healthier dinner options AND you want to feel full, this is a great place. If you dont care about healthy options, the food is still delicious and Id highly recommend this place. In fact, if Im ever in Phoenix again I will make it a point to stop by.

Seemingly excellent quality ingredients, good tasting, decent portions and okay service for a reasonable price. This place is a good value. If there werent so many places closer to where I am living to try, I would be here a few nights a week, like I was when I first moved to Phoenix. The one thing I would improve if I were them would be the service, since the server I had would stop talking to me about the menu in order to ogle women as they walked by, rude to both me and them and completely failing to do the job he was paid to do... but I got my meals and menu in a reasonable amount of time.
