Good service and employees who remember you after months of an absence! Good coffee but I usually get the hot green tea and sweeten it with honey. Actually, Ive only liked their coffee once out of about three times drinking it. Whats good though is the environment. And obviously the staff (that Ive met). Ive been there enough to use their Buy 10 Get 1 cards. Or maybe I stole their stamp and a bunch of cards. Youll never know. They do make some great smoothies and cold drinks, if sweet and complex is your thing. Never eaten the food so I cant speak to that at all. The thing that sticks out that I dont like is, sometimes, on a windy day, cigarette smoke blows right into my nostrils and lungs. Sometimes, on a windy day, I dont like the smell. I havent smoked for over 4 years, so I get to be bitchy. I wine about breathing smoke. Dramatically. (Yeah, Four Stars because of the wind which lifts the smokers smoke into my nose... thanks wind. And smokers. Why cant I just have it my way?) ;-) Love the view by the lake, the environment, the spacious, welcoming, energetic patio. So nice sitting next to water and other people, enjoying our nice Arizona days and people. Thanks for the Rush!!

Coffee Rush was recommended to me by several friends as a great place to go to study and grab a cup of great coffee. I was very pleasantly surpised by this place. There was ample seating indoor and out (with misters to tame the heat outside), a nice lake view, lots of tables inside, and even places I could easily plug in my laptop. The service was great. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and asked me if I had ever been to Coffee Rush before, when I said that it was my first time, he gave me a quick verbal tour of the facility. He recommended a couple of drinks and said that if I didnt like whatever I ordered (since it was his suggestion) that he would be happy to make me something else. The wifi pass code came on my drink receipt and allowed me three hours of access. I stayed for about 2.5 hours and only ordered a single drink. I was never approached, asked to leave, or asked to purchase anything else. I will definitely return to Coffee Rush for future coffee-infused study sessions.

My and my family love Coffee Rush. Their drinks and the people that works here is superb. The reason for the 3 stars is for the uber-strict "no outside drinks" policy at this location. My kids attend a near by school and are regular customers, once in a while a kid or two decide to skip a caffeinated beverage from Coffee Rush and decides to drink his store bought iced tea that was in their lunch box, or bought in the store across the street (kids walk from school to this location). While the rest of the kids drink their coffees, lattes, frosts, deadly sodas, etc. these one or two kids get scolded for drinking their beverage purchased somewhere else. I understand what the policy means and its intention, but if most of the people in a group are purchasing their drinks from this establishment, should one or two be allowed to drink their own drink?

Its a Sat. morning ... I dont know how it usually is, but the line at the counter has been steady. Between people buying bags of grounds or from their selection of about 30 different mochas and macchiatos, warm or cold, it seems like theyre doing well. From Ahwatukee, where Im from, the biggest problem with coffee shops is that they seem to close down. Since this one is right next to a nice lake/pond with plenty of outside seating, lets hope it sticks around. The inside is spacious, has wifi (which the barista had no problem giving me access to), and three computer stations in the back for people without laptops. Theres not a large selection of food, but there are pies, cookies, Kashi GoLean bars, muffins, etc. All in all, its a nice place. If theres bad customer service, I havent experienced it.

I am a person that appreciate good customer service and this place most certainly does not provide that. I have spent so much money in this place and I was a dedicated customer. One night me and my sister decided that this would be a nice place to just hang out and relax. After sitting there for about 20 mins, the manager comes out and told us that we didnt buy anything, so we need to leave. This was too much, even for a business. Even Starbuck doesnt do this. They basically told us to either have money or get the hell off their property. They just lost a very dedicated customer. Their slogan is wrong, this is just another snobby coffee shop. No matter how good their coffee, that doesnt merely make up for such demeaning behavior.

This place is great!! As soon as I walked in I greeted. The atmosphere has a homey feel. I went to order my chai tea, which is amazing by the way, the barista was great!! Incredibly friendly. He greeted me with a smile and spoke to me like we are long time friends. As I was waiting I saw another barista picking up the place, wiping tables, organizing the sugars. I am in love with the patio area outside!! It has great views!! I was able to just relax and focus on my homework. They have misters outside and great music playing!! I was happy that I have found this place! Its a great place to study, catch up with friends or just stare at the water and just relax!!

I have been coming to coffee rush for 10 years now and not once have I ever left unhappy. Everyone from the owner to the staff have always been happy, energetic, and full of smiles but most importantly they have become close friends. Its an amazing feeling when you walk in and they ask "hazelnut loaded today?" I always refer anyone I meet to them and will always be a fan. Not to mention everything they serve is delicious. Coffee, tea, treats, Italian sodas, the works! If you havent already gone to one of their 3 locations you are most certainly missing out on the best coffee and atmosphere. Where else can you get a 32 oz coffee for about 5 bucks?

Went there after pita jungle for a cafe, my friend ordered I did not. Forced me to go outside because I had an "outside" beverage, completely fine. We go sit outside as told by the barrista, 20 mins later "you need to leave". Seriously make up your mind, we wont come here again ever because of the stupid policy and how its poorly handled. My friend ordered a machiatto we didnt just sit down with burger king, he paid yet was forced to leave. Nope, to many other coffee shops around to choose from, dont go here. You can have your policies just dont be rude, poor customer service all around. Rude.

This place has a great view and good coffee, but i will never go there again. I ordered coffee with a Friend, after finishing we threw away our cups and sat outside talking. The barista came out and gave us menus saying to come inside if we wanted coffee. 15 minutes later he came out and said if we werent ordering more coffee we had to leave, we said we already bought coffee and would be leaving soon. He basicly called us liers and said we didnt order coffee and stood there till we left. Horrible service, lost our business for sure and anyone who askes use about this place
