Ive never been to Dutch Bros before this morning as Im a loyal Starbucks customer (I like Dunkin too for the sake of convenient drive thrus but they tend to be slower and mess up my order often). I forgot to make the turn to head to DD this morning so decided, reluctantly, to try out Dutch Bros. I was absolutely stunned at the service I received. It was phenomenal!!! I pulled up to order, my drink was ready in less than 2 mins, and the girl who rang me up was SOOO friendly. Its Christmas Eve, kinda sucks to be working especially early morning, but you never wouldve guessed that from her amazing positive attitude. She politely told me about their energy drink that they infuse with flavors (as I told her Im a caffeine addict working nights at the hospital), and then offered me a punch card and gave me some extra stamps since it was my first time ever trying them out. The coffee was delicious (I got an iced white mocha with extra shot) also. I will definitely be back and more than likely passing by my usual Sbux and/or DD to get there. I worked the restaurant business before healthcare and although Im not a difficult customer, it does take a lot to really impress me, and Ive never written a review before online. But amazing places like this deserve the recognition!

A BIG thank you to the staff this morning!!!!!!! I was in the drive thru line and another car decided to cut (Blue Dodge Caravan). I told the gentleman he needed to get in line like everyone else behind me and he refused. Now, Im normally not the one to say something but he knew he was wrong and Im sure the other people "waiting" in line where thinking the same thing (or would have done the same thing). So I told one of the DB workers and she completely agreed and was very apologetic. Not expecting anything from DB, my drink was free and I was given free drink vouchers. I go to DB because of their high energy and beyond friendly staff and was not expecting anything in return. Again, a HUGE thank you again DB!!! Ill be seeing you soon! P.S. Please wait in line like everyone else! Common courtesy!

Every time I go there I wait in line for so long! There have been days where I sat in my car for over 30 mins waiting for my drink. The staff has no respect or value for their customers time and they try too hard to start up conversations while their customers are stuck in line. I have previously gone there before school or work and I have gotten stuck in line for and ended up being late for class and for my job. I would only go if you arent on the run or in a hurry. The price isnt bad but I am honestly convinced I probably have ended up spending more money on gas while waiting in my idling car for 30 mins that I have on my drinks. There are several other coffee drive thrus in Gilbert that respect your time that take 5 mins to get through that are equal price.

The thing that many may consider nice about Dutch Bros can be its downside for others. It seems to be the new hangout for the younger crowd and the new popular coffee place to go to over Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. The workers are very polite and friendly. However, there is always a long line of cars you have to wait behind along with the workers being too chatty and holding up the line even more because they like to have conversations with everyone at the drive-up window. The coffee is average and to me not the worth the wait. Definitely not a place you want to go to get a coffee if you are in a hurry.

Dutch Bros coffee is delicious, and this particular shop is extra-friendly and accommodating. The order is always correct and delivered quickly. The staff is upbeat and knowledgeable. I once ordered a medium freeze and mistakenly got charged for a large one. I told them thats OK, since I already paid, just give me the large size instead. They did indeed give me a large one, and then refunded my money because it was their mistake! Now thats great customer service!

First let me start by saying i lived in oregon and i went every dutch bros in the city of portland and tried every coffee they had. So i went dutch bros with my granny and niece. The girl at the window flirt with some people making my vist longer, she let the girl behind go first and asked me how to make my drink. Im very going back to that dutch bros again

Love this place! Love the energy and atmosphere at this location. Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and has a SMILE on thur face!! Thur customer service skills are thru the roof! A++++. Amazing coffee, green tea, frost, and thur pastries are amazing as well. Always fresh!! If i could give more then 5 stars i would. Love the stamp cards as well!

OMG I love this place! I stop here all the time and the coffee is amazing, the staff is sweet and helpful, service is fast and accurate and this location is always clean. Everyone used to always tell me to try this place but I was set in my ways and wouldnt - Im so glad I finally changed my mind. BTW - I love The Almond Joy! :D

Austin is best he always takes good care of my 7year old and me. No matter what location he has worked at I go lol Austin Rocks! Ive been a customer for about 4 years now and I love everyone that works there you guys make always make my day that much better when I have my perfect coffee from Dutch Bros!

Everytime I come to Dutch Brothers they have awesome service! They are always polite,always sweet, and they always give me a new drink to try it I am excited with them on a regular. They and replace my Hydro Flask when it broke. Thank God for the Dutch Brothers on McQueen and Guadalupe!!!

Dutch bros has the best service Ive ever had. If theres something off with my drink (i.e. not choclatey enough) theyll fix it for me! Every employee is bubbly and super helpful. The drinks are amazing and priced cheaply. My favorite drink is an iced white chocolate mocha.

This is some of the best tasting coffee Ive had in awhile. I get an iced coffee with cream no matter what the temp outside is and these guys know how to do it right. Americano style NOT cold brew! YUM! ...and the staff is always very, very nice. What a great experience!

Staff likes to chat with customers, and treats you like a real person. Beats Starbucks on service, speed, and quality, if not price. If a lounge is important to you, or you hate talking to millennials, stick with the big corporation. Otherwise, these guys are better.

Always massively long line because employees are just screwing around. Also their freezes have almost no caffeine. Starbucks is cheaper and I only wait one minute to get coffee. This place takes at least 40 min in line, even during afternoon. Never coming again

This is the location that was on undercover boss. I go to Starbucks, never tried dutch bros, bit after watching this episode of undercover boss and seeing how the owner carries himself and how the company gets down Im gonna start going here.
