To get them on the phone you call the local number which gets you to a call center. Then you wait on queue for 5 or 10 minutes. When they answer you have to convince them to ring the store. You have a 50/50 chance of being disconnected.

"Walk in clinic" Why take walk in appointments when you have a full appointment schedule. At the least inform us at check in, not after waiting for an hour then tell us it will be 3 more hours.
