The service here is bad. If you dont mind standing in one line, with 6 other people, while the cashier asks for backup she never gets, this is the place for you. I wouldnt be writing this negative review if it had only happened one time, but literally EVERY TIME I go in this place its a pain to get out. Poor, poor customer service. I would like brick and mortar retailers to understand that this is the reason you are being put under by online sales. There are some stores I frequent, even though I could find what they sell cheaper online. Why? Because when I go in people are friendly, I dont have to wait and I feel good about being there. This Staples is NOT one of those places.

I needed about 300 price sheets printed off of a flash drive I have with all of my work documents on it. Unfortunately they lost my business because they could not let me step around counter to show them which documents I wanted them to print off of the drive. I am a traveling salesman and have stopped at all of the major chains to get some more price sheets printed the same way with no issues. Sometimes even from my Dropbox account where I had login to download. They obviously did not care to have my business. Go to Minuteman Press down the road about 3 miles. Great customer service and friendly people.

This is my favorite office supply store. Employees always there to help if you need. It has everything I need. I quit going in Best buy years ago because management was very rude to me on more than one occasion because of my hearing loss. No joke !

Horrible service at the copy and print. All I needed was an email printed and couldnt get any service. I left after 15 mins of nothing even said to me. Get better and more polite employees.
