First, the girl was so rude when we walked in. Im sorry if you hate your life but for the customers sake, put a smile on your face. Second, the doughnuts didnt look fresh but we were just going to heat them up at home so we were okay with that but how do you make a frozen COFFEE drink with no coffee? Ice, chocolate syrup and a half pound if sugar isnt going to give you a drink. You need to add LIQUID. We said it 5 times and she still didnt listen. We said forget it, we were holding up the line. We still wanted the doughnuts, but she gave us all the change back and yanked the doughnuts away. Biggest waste of 10 minutes and not the greatest way to start off our morning. Ill be sticking to gas station coffee & doughnuts I guess.

Im visiting from Atlanta GA(you know Im a professional when it comes to eating Krispy Kreme) anyhoo, I drove by saw the hot now sign on turned around immediately to get some donuts. the young lady behind the counter had an attitude problem the donuts really wasnt hot now you can tell that they were at least a day old at the most but they definitely werent fresh. whenever you get a box of donuts from Krispy Kreme and you can hold in your hand in your lap and dont feel any heat your donuts are definitely not hot. I immediately asked they have any donuts fresh out of the grease she said no .. @_@ so why is the hot now sign on??

The school that I teach at had a fund raiser agreement with this particular store and when I arrived to pick up the donuts, after they were already paid for, they "accidentally" gave my donuts to someone else who also had an event planned. I had to wait an hour for them to bake more donuts for my event. I understand that people make mistakes, but giving away 200 boxes of paid for donuts by accident is a rather large mistake. They did try to make it up to me by giving me a couple of extra boxes. On the plus side, they did have a very clean and organized lobby area.

Lets just say I go to Krispy Kreme atleast twice every week and just this one day I had the worst experience on the drive thru customer service first off the girl took 5 min just to get to the window and second off I order the same thing everyday and somebody tell me a different price every time I go there. I been a manager over 5 years and that just really suspicious and another thing the donuts never fresh how they use to be they are so greasy I will not be going there anymore Ill just try out gg donuts off Ann street

Poor customer service! My gf bought a doz of hot original glaze; when it came out, the donuts werent as hot as we want, it were just warm. My gf asked for exchanging a new box, but that black girl there said she didnt understand what my gf was talking about. My gf got out of the store and complained to me about that. Then, I carry the box went inside the store and ask them for exchange again. She said since we took it out of the store already, they cannot change it anymore.

Im from Connecticut, and we only got a few years with these mega sugary donuts and this felt like a reunion. Stopped in twice: once in the morning and later for an iced coffee. Ladies at the counter were very nice though I think they thought I was from another planet for ordering black iced coffee... no sugar... no milk... no sweeter of any kind! This shop is an oldie on the outside, very sparkly clean and new inside and had that unmistakable glazed doughnut conveyor belt!

Went on the day of the Eclipse and was served FOOD THAT WAS NOT FRESH. I waited in a long drive through line with no intercom or speaker only to get to the window to find out they were out of alot of menu items and served COLD DONUTS. After I expressed my complaint, I was then asked by the cashier if I was from there and visiting, as if that mattered. THE WORST KRISPY KREME EVER, DO NOT GO THERE!

Great donuts and got great reviews from my classmates. FYI, they dont accept DiscoverCard as I found out the hard way. Not sure why the employee who was running the drive through was the same cashier for walkins. It was strange that the employee asked another employee to tell me the total when she was the cashier and she was the only one who could make the sale?! Great donuts!

If there was an option for a negative star I would give that. They have the worst customer service. They dont communicate to the customers if they are out of doughnuts. I stood in line for 45 mins just to get to the front and the lady tells me they are out of glazed doughnuts. I wish I knew 45 mins ago. The employees just stand around and act as if they could care less.

On the web the Montgomery Al store advertised blueberry donut holes but all they had was plain holes. They said they did not make the others,. Please take these off your web site. OR tell your stores to carry what they said they would. Went out of the way to satisfy the grandkids and was disappointed. Looks like I will have to find another donut shop.

I love this place actually, but I have to question as to why is it that as famous as this place is, why do they only have one location per city in the state of alabama.if its too crowed on atlanta highway and you cant get in. the next nearby location is 70 plus miles away. im sorry im not driving that far just for some doughnuts.

Though their customer service is always pleasing & the product is always on point, their drive thru speaker has been broken for quite some time. And their glaze machine brakes down quite a bit. I just think the building needs an update. #ILoveKrispyKreme!!

AWFUL. It stinks. Rude employees. And the lady got my order wrong twice after I told her she acted like she changed out our donuts for what we asked, then I walked out got into the car and saw where she didnt even change the donuts! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was there on October 30, 2016 and the service was out of this world horrible ! The employee skipped me while I was in line and it took about 10 minutes just for me to recieve 6 donuts. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN
