This Starbucks used to be awesome with great customer service. The new management is not geared toward customer service. They are not interested in pleasing the customer, however, the are interested in arguing with customers and ringing drinks up the most expensive way possible. They are not service dog friendly either. Very disappointed In the way our family was treated there. They were not interested in keeping our business which is a loss to them because we are a family of 6 and we drink a lot of Starbucks. Will be going to the other Starbucks in town from now on. The Starbuck staff at the mall always greats us with smiling faces and strive to get our order the way we like it.

Been going there since it opened. Management changed and they now overcharge and argue about everything. Today the lost my business by lying to me about a charge and then sending a non manager out to harassment my family. When I told them that they lost my business the clerk harrased me all the way out the door trying to get the last word. She kicked us out for a 3lbd service animal. They can go to hell. Theres another starbucks in town who treats people with respect.

Ordered a latte which came out well, but the cashier (Jade) was zombielike and came off as rude and flippant. The person who made my drink (no name tag) was much friendlier and outgoing, while the cashier kept glaring around and acting awkward. Its a small store and the drive thru was long so I went inside to order and they had a good selection of Christmas ornaments left. Next time Ill stick to the car line to avoid the unfriendly cashier inside.

They are wonderful and always are sweet to me and my family. They drew a usagi or bunny in Japanese, on my spring cup of Chai tea. They knew who Sailor Moon was and that made me very happy. As an artist and author who loves to sit in Starbucks and write on her blog and write her books, I can say I recommend this place 100% for a calm quiet atmosphere with good tea, coffee and vegan snacks.

These baristas are the best. They genuinely care about us and not only go our of their way for high maintenance customers like myself, but they are compassionate and encouraging. When my heart wad hurting so bad that i was actually sick, they noticed in the drive through and just gave me some loving encouragement. Thank you girls. ♡♡♡ i needed that today. Love, high maintenance chai lady.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. The barista didnt know how to load my gold card with my debit card. The drinks were horrible. I asked for extra carmel in one of our drinks and it was 1/3 full of carmel drizzle. Our other drinks had no coffee flavor to it even though it should have had two shots of espresso in it. I do not recommend this location.

I actually came here to leave a review for an employee named Jade. My husband and I received excellent service from her! She was so polite and even talked me into trying a new coffee! Our coffee was delectable, and we will be making the switch from the Reed road location to the Alto location. Thank you Jade for a great experience!

Check online directions before visiting! We followed Starbucks signs off the Northbound interstate and ended up at the location of a former Starbucks that had unfortunately been leveled by a tornado (sign still there, no building). After that misadventure, we didnt have enough time (or patience) to look for THIS Starbucks location.

Placed an order with the app. When I arrived the order was not ready because they were out of the product. I stood by the sign for app orders for several minutes before approaching the teller to find out what the issue was. I suggest a note be placed where the drink should have been in the future.

Got a normal "cappuccino" that was undrinkable. Tasted like water with some kind of disgusting coffee-ish flavor. Reminded me of a "hot chocolate" I got in the past that was basically liquid cardboard with a bitter chocolate ish aftertaste. Never going to waste money here again.

This one girl making the coffee.Jade is her name..huge attitude...no concern for correctness of order or customer service. The saving grace is Tyler. He was kind and approachable, geared on customer satisfaction. Dave in the drive thru was engaging and extremely pleasant.
