Always love shopping this store. Today I was disappointed that my choices of "good clean chicken" was not available. Only "all natural, cage free, antibiotic free" like greenwise brand. What a polite lie you are selling to loyal customers!!! You are going to make me have to drive farther to a better more honest store. Shame on you for claiming "all natural,etc..." is any different than the regular chicken you are selling. Your consumers that come to your store for "clean" "God made" food are not fooled or impressed. You are driving us away. Sincerely Becky Burney

I called Publix bakery this morning as I have many times in the past. The difference today was I spoke to a girl named Tori Annett. I felt compelled to write a review on her customer service. She exhibited explicit Customer Service. She was patient and so very kind with me while I asked about several sizes, shapes, designs and flavors of cakes. Being a Customer Service Assistant Manager, I do NOT say that much!!! This girl/woman deserves to be recognized more than just this review. She is outstanding! She is someone anyway would want on their team.
