I would NOT recommend shopping here for home appliances such as washing machines and dryers. They have a sketchy refund/return policy about having their technician come out to deem the appliance "unrepairable" or of the like before a return/refund is considered. This is ridiculous. The manager who works there, Tory (I believe is the name), he doesnt have the courtesy or common decency of dealing with complaints and customers -- or handling the situations in person. Theres always been an excuse or no one can reach him. We had a scratch-and-dent washing machine that we ended up not liking or keeping, so we had it returned. We only had the washing machine for about a day. The exchange and pickup happened all within the same one week. Way before the typical 30-day warranty crap policy. Sears people came to pick it up. They have their merchandise. But we dont have our money. Its baffling that even an outlet store is beating around the bush about simply refunding customers money. We are still trying to get our refund for a product that has been returned for weeks now. Never again. This isnt the first time weve had return/refund issues with Sears company and its happened to other people from what I know. I cant recommend Sears, let alone their outlet store -- THIS outlet store. You cannot return home appliances for refund. You can exchange and of course purchase another of their appliances, scratch-and-dent included. But they will not refund your money. They want to keep it. Buyer Beware.

This store is terrible. We ordered a refrigerator online and it was a nightmare trying to just schedule the delivery. After multiple phone calls, left messages, no returned calls, and a rude assistant manager, we finally had a delivery with a third party because we were outside of their delivery area (something that was never noted on the order). When it was delivered, one of the door shelves was cracked in two. There is no doubt that it was like that in the store because the refrigerator had been a floor mode and was totally wrapped up for the delivery. When I called to get a replacement, after arguing with me about how it couldnt be being delivered right at that moment, I was told that the part was being ordered and would arrive at our home in a maximum of two weeks. Here we are two weeks later and I am going through the same run around and everyone just seems confused. Although we got the refrigerator at a discount, it is not worth the headache or time. They have no respect for their customers or their time.

Went there to purchase a fridge and dryer. There was several employees but their attention was on their phones and each other. The sales clerk recorded our delivery address totally wrong and if it were not for Sherman who took our order for our dryer the day before the delivery we would have been screwed. Sherman was very helpful and made us feel valued. He double checked our order with the warehouse manager. The prices are more than fair, just take your time and look.

I never rooted for the demise of Sears, but now I am not so sure. Last two purchases have been brittle products, and when you go to get them fixed, you are routed into a Byzantine maze that does not have the purpose of helping you. We were going to buy a refrigerator here, but no more. I am done. If you have not yet bought from them, dont. Two stars instead of one because a couple of the people were nice, and I hope they can find work when Sears finally goes belly-up.

Im giving one star because of the great deal we got on our refrigerator. However, 10 weeks later that deal is hard to remember because we have YET to receive the door shelves that were missing when we bought it. At that time we were told they would be shipped to us at no charge. 10 weeks and dozens of lies from Kevin (manager and our sales person) later, we are still waiting. Furious is an understatement.

Sears Outlet has the product I want at the price I like. This is an outlet and I appreciate dealing with Sears Outlet. If you are a shopper for good deals, this is the place for you. Sears products are above industry standards and there is quite a selection to choose from at this location. The people working here are very pleasant and do a fine job of helping.

Ended up getting home with a new in (half) box display model. Called store manager upset, it was missing parts to install it. Store manager took care of it and is having their contractor come install it for me due to extenuating circumstances. Excelent customer services!
