Did a lot of bait and switch while I was there claiming they had a bundle promotion going on where Id get a credit for the headphones and phone each month. Called T-Mobile and they informed me that I would not be getting a credit for the headphones over time and that in fact I was on an eip plan. I didnt know what an eip plan was and they explained to me that I would be paying for the headphones over 2 years!!! I went in to the store to pay off right away. Only then did I find out they charged me full price for the headphones. Bought headphones on sale for $69 and they charged me for full price. Do not shop at this location. Talked me in to a whole bunch of stuff and luckily I didnt let any of it ship because my bill wouldve gone from $160 to $215 with all the car salesmen tricks they tried to pull. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went in here. You are better off going to another T-Mobile location and driving an extra 15 minutes for a better experience. It sounds like they do this to a lot of people at this location.

I love T mobile and have been with them for 8 years but even assisting with this transaction made me want to switch carriers. Slick car salesman. Said they could use the online save 40 promotion but then charged an extra 120 for the phones and not give the extra 120 worth of bonus accessories. Insisted the online warehouse was backordered and would take a long time for basic smart phones to convince us to buy in store. Dont sign anything until your sure of what they are forcing on you. One contract is for the plan and another is for the phones. The moment you sign they can insist on restocking fees and need manager approval even if they havent touched the phones yet. Didnt explain the jump program and insisted on it for phones that could be bought online for almost the same online cost of phone. Stay away from the Lake Stevens store. If they still try this stuff, you may want to stay away from T mobile. One day with Lake Stevens and your paying the same rate as other carriers.

My phone stoped working so i went in to use the "warenty " they said it had. they said they would ship me a new phone and once it shows up to come back so they can transfer all my info over. THAT WAS 12 DAYS AND COUNTING! I went back in to ask where the hell my phone was and they simply re-placed the order. No loaner phone no apology nothing! i asked them why they wouldnt just give me another phone and was told that i didnt have the monthly charge for jump so they wouldnt, in other words you must pay them for service AND pay them an additional fee so they will stand next to their product if you dont then screw you buddy. i have been with t mobile for over 7 years but with this level of so called service i plan on switching all three of our lines to sprint or verizon. enough is enough.

I dont know what all these other reviewers are talking about. My experience has always been great when I went into this T-Mobile and actually is probably some of the best customer service Ive received anywhere. I was assisted with the questions I had and was actually informed about some great promotions that helped me save a lot of money. They care about helping you out and I appreciate that. Big shout out to Jihoon, one of the Managers, who went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was aware of the current promotions being offered. Upper management, give this guy a raise! :) Thanks again T-Mobile staff at Lake Stevens, youve been awesome. Until next time I come in, keep it up!

I was at the T-Mobile Lake Stevens store last week (a couple of times) and got a Iphone 6. I know I was not the easiest customer, there was just a lot going on with my previous phone and the information I received. Chi and the store Manager Mar was the two people I worked with, and they have provided excellent customer service. They did everything possible to help me out. I am definitely a happy T-Mobile customer!!! I would recommend working with them anytime. Thank you again Chi and Mar, you guys are great!

The service and employees at this location are the best I have run into. They werent pushy, answered my every question and made me feel welcome. My entire family switched and now we all have faster service at a lower price. The employee, Rachel helped our transition to T-Mobile and even though we took up a lot of her time she was so polite and had a big smile on her face. If youre not completely happy with your current network then I urge you to at least stop in and talk to them.

The customers service was great from the beginning, but the past couple of days the only thing they could tell me was I need to call 611 for questions, even tho they knew how to answer my needs. Im so disappointed in the service Ive been getting in the past 3 days from this location. I Also was told the wrong Prices twice now. This store needs new leadership and management. Truthfully I might or might not go back..

Nice store, good customer service. Wifi wasnt working when we were there and still again a month later. We switched from Verizon and got new phones for big savings, joining on my in-laws plan. They forgot to transfer our phone contacts and sent my phone out early the next morning for an added credit. Unfortunately was not able to recover them from Verizon or T-mobile. Otherwise a good experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. theyve tried charging me for a Sim card when Sim cards are FREE. After talking to them they finally gave me 1. All the employees Ive dealt with know very minimal about actual phones and such. They also do not look into issues very closely. Just take the extra drive to another t-mobile store. They should just demolish this store.

Just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and I received wonderful service. Leah Little went above and beyond to help me make this transition possible! But she didnt stop there she also helped me understand my new iphone(always been an android user) and I couldnt be happier with my new pink iphone thank you Leah:)

Be careful of being told the wrong price a worker name Samantha told me my bill would be $165. Ive been paying $219 instead the people I talked to on the phone were very nice but I would be careful who you talk to in the store. Im very unhappy with my service as far as who I had to deal with.

The employees will tell you one thing, when the company says different The employees just want to sell to you. Read your paper work with a magnifying glass. Remember that "If its too good to be true, then it probably isnt!!" Dont get scammed or talked to into something.

I switched from Verizon to save some money with my family. Their customer service was better than Verizon! After waiting 20 minutes to speak with someone Marcus helped me and explained everything. I am happy with my new T-Mobile service and thankful I got out of Verizon!!!
