I had a technical problem with my phone, went ina TMObile store where I bump into a rude associate shaking his hips and dancing while ignoring me for 20 min,( 2 customers in all store me + another one) I was in a hurry grabed my phone and said"thank you for no service". He answered back something obnoctious . I got very upset and said" I am a 6 year customer and for this treatment I will disconet service" at which same rude guy said"so what? God Bye!!" I call 611, made a complain against him, Nice lady cust rep jumped to offer1 mo free service. when she heard I will go to Boostmobile where I can get $50/ mo for everything, internet included, she came with $59/ mo full unlimited calls, text and 200GB data if I get in a contract of 2 years. After 3 days of no internet I call again 611 and am told I do not have internet in my plan but I could have one if I pay another $10/mo. I got upset and disconected service same day, sept 30, being within 5 days from the start of the contract. I got my last bill: SURPRISE!! I am charged $275 early termination fee and I am told after several hours of talk with 611 reps that I DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESIGN! ALso I am not allowed to see a printed contract either. In two previous times I did resign with T mobile and I do know that there was a 14 days period one could change his mind. I feel very sorry I paid them 6 or 7 years so much money !! NOT RECOMMAND them to anybody. False advertising and major misleading!! SAme as Dan sep 7, I had a problem few years ago with "free" phone, was suppose to be free or with a rbig ebate( ONLY/ surprise again!! a small detail they did not provide) if I bought some expensive data plan too!! SO I gulped up a $395 phone !!

Although T-Mobile is headquartered in Seattle, there coverage is less than adequit. Dropped calls are a serious problem. In addition, during peak times sometimes you can not access a tower or you get bumped due to towers that can not handle the call volume. I have a blackberry curve and Im told by T-Mobile customer service that its an issue with blackberrys in general - however this is not true as I have been in a car with other blackberry users who has service through Sprint and Verizon. My phone is the ONLY one that loses coverage on main highways - we tested it at my prompting. Examples of where calls drop frequently: a. I-90 highway between bellevue and Issaquah, between bellevue and seattle b. state route 900 between Issaquah and Renton c. I-405 freeway between bellevue and Renton d. I-167 freeway between Renton and Kent, Kent and Auburn e. I-5 freeway between Seattle and Tacoma, Tacoma and Portland I could name more, but I think Ive made my point. Although many T-Mobile users have brought coverage issues up, only lip service is provided. "Well look in to that..Well take note of that...have you downloaded the latest drivers to your phone? Let me help you reset your phone...etc." Bottom line is, for the few dollars I save using T-Mobile, I would rather pay a few shekles more for reliable coverage. From a customer service standpoint, I give them an adequit rating (use to be nordstrom level, but not anymore).

WELL THIS IS A BUNCH OF HORSE-MESS AND THESE PEOPLE ARENT THAT BRIGHT. LOOK ALL THE CALL CENTERS ARE OUTSOURCED AND THEY SAY THAT THEY CANT GIVE THE NUMBER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE, WHICH VIOLATES FCC AND SEC REGULATIONS. LOOK YOU CAN EASILY FIND A COMPANY WITH MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I JUST TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER RELATIONS, BUT GOT A VOICE MAIL. THEN I GOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE RETURN CALL NAMED KEITH. I ASKED KEITH IF HIS SUPERVISOR WOULD TAKE THE CALL. HE SAID YES, BUT I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT. " "HEY SINCE WHEN DOES A PERSON HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THE SUPERVISOR IS TALKING ABOUT WITH CUSTOMERS?" HEY YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE YOU WILL CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT WITH T- MOBILE. YOU HAVE A LOT OF HEAD. HEY I ALSO FOUND SOME SUPERVISOR NAMED ADAM TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE. THIS PROM QUEEN IS A SALES SUPERVISOR AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED A LIVE BODY NOT IN SALES. THIS PROM SAID THAT I HAD MORE RESOURCES THAN HE DID. BUT WHEN I ASKED HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO SOMEBODY THAT COULD BETTER ASSIST ME, HE WOULD NOT. THIS PROM QUEEN HUNG UP ON ME. LOOK I NEEDED HELP AND I TRIED TO GET TO THE CORRECT PERSON OR DEPARTMENT TO BEST ASSIST ME . ALL I GOT IS A BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT THOUGHT THEY WE ARE SO DUMB, WE HAVE PROBLEMS MAKING A PHONE.. CALL. DAMN PROM QUEENS.. JUST WAVE...SMILE...THEN HANG UP THE PHONE!!

I live in the UK and ended up in Bellevue on business for a couple weeks. So, I got a SIM card here since I heard on the radio they are all about Canada and Mexico and quite a bit else such as free Netflix streaming -- not that I care about Netflix. All in, the service works just fine. However, the main reason I decided to get T-Mobile is because I was going to Vancouver for the weekend. As soon as I crossed the Canada border, my mobile data stopped working with a PDP Authentication error. The number they conveniently texted me to call if necessary as I entered Canada would not work. The phone would try to call and after one second would cease the call. I called them from someone elses AT&T phone -- which by the way includes Canada as well. The tech support told me it was an issue they had earlier in the day and after a couple hours I needed to restart my phone and it would work. Sadly, that did not happen. I called them back. They could not fix it. After coming back to the US, I called them and got a $10 credit after spending $80 for the service and activation. Big whoop-de-do! I had no service in Canada for navigation or anything for that matter. I guess its back to paper maps or maybe I will try AT&T next time.

Ive been with T Mobile for six half years. since I bought the new cell phone the htc sinsations, Ive had two sensations a galaxy s, htc 1 s and just about to get my second HTC One s all refurbished cell phones. So I call customer service got a really rude gentleman who spoke very quickly didnt have enough time for me. every time I ask for him to repeat himself, he got rude. This will be my third cell phone (refurbished) in approximately 3 and a half weeks you would think after 3 try I could get some forward movement on guess Ive had lack of service both telephone customer and everything else, very unhappy camper give me a new cell phone so its not somebody else is used phone I just spent the better part of 2 hours trying to find a corporate number so I could tell him about how unhappy I am. Guess Ill just have to keep trying calling every number again and again and again I would suggest think twice about T Mobile if I can get a better service 1 good note most of the employees the stores are really nice. Signed going to get myself ..? 2:10 cans and a string?????!!!!
