I was ready for an upgrade through Verizon so I went to This store. I went there to buy a iphone and they stated that they were out of stock. so they then told be about this other phone and that I could try it out for 14 days at no charge and if I didnt like it I could return for the Iphone. SO I tryed it and was not the same as an I phone. SO after returning the phone they told me there was a $50.00 restock fee and I mentioned that is not what the salemans stated so I was stuck with a useless phone or pay the$50.00. Then the salesman tells me that the Iphone 4 is the same as the 4s so why pay 400.00 for the 4s when the only diference is SIRI. So I selected the 4 iphone the salesmans then proceeded to pull out a large knife from the front drawer and tell me that I have to open it for final sale. This was all kinda wierd but I thought this was Verizon so all is ok. Well come to find out the 4 and 4s are completely different phones. They also charged me $40.00 more for the first phone then what Verizon does. SO shoppers beware and dont get suckered like I did. They are out for a sale and not your best interest. this is not a verizon store and verizon willnot help you with any complaint issues.

I went in on Tuesday to buy a phone as I have been with Verizon for 12 years and have never had bad customer service until now. The girl at the counter tells me they dont have the phone but it will be in tomorrow then proceeds to tell me she wont be in until Thursday, tomorrow is her day off. Not a problem. I went in on Thursday and she tells me the phone isnt there, that her manager has it in Olympia. I dont have time to run around and wait without a phone until they figure it out. Poor communication between manager and employee. Buying a phone should not be this much hassle.

Went recently to purchase a new phone and the customer service at this location is fantastic! If you have had a bad experience before, be aware they have changed managers and the new Manager Deja is great! She helped me load everything in my new samsung note 5 which I love. This phone gives me an actual place to write notes while on the road or where ever! Again the service at this location is awesome check it out!

After waiting in line for an hour they told me they could not activate my second hand Droid Bionic because it was 4G. Took it to the other Verizon store in Bonney Lake and they had me talking in less than 10 minutes. Im honestly surprised the people there were able land customer service jobs, much less customer service jobs in the tech industry. They actually almost seemed too incompetent to even dig ditches.

Trisha Hanel went above and beyond her job. She had to call several different departments because I had fraud on my account and didnt know it. We have been working on this for a week. Finally we are done and I got a new phone and a tablet and I am very happy. I will always come to this store and I will recommend her to all my friends and family. She needs a raise. Thanks again!!!

Jessica and kate were the most patient and truly kind girls iv had the pleasure of having help me. Not only were they diligent in fixing the problem with my phone but they were also respectful to me and made me feel better about the fact that Im old but new to technology.. So sweet and actually made me laugh out loud while this whole process went on. Keep them around, they are amazing!

Had a great experience at this Verizon location today. Kate was very helpful in explaining the issues I was having with my cloud. She fixed the problem and showed me how to do it myself next time. I would highly recommend this location over the location in downtown Sumner where I live. These ladies are so cheerful and nice!

I bought my mom a phone from where I live and sent it to her. She went in to the bonney lake store to switch old phone info over to new phone. Lady wanted $15 just to hook them up to the machine that does it.... all because my moms phone didnt come from that store. They were rude and unproffesional

Jake, need I say more he gave me options helped me out a lot and was making me feel good about my purchases. Jake needs a raise I never have actually wanted someone to get a raise after leaving a store but with him I say a dollar an hour more is still to low for this awesome guy. Thanks jake.

Customer service from Deja and Nicole was stellar! They were amazing. We appreciate the time they stayed late to set up our phones and tablets after closing and were so patient. Deja and Nicole are excellent employees you should be proud to have them! It was worth the 30 mile drive!
