I was brand new to riding and asked salesman to set me up in a motorcycle that was a good fit for me regarding size and skill level. After visiting HRHD I called CCC as a courtesy to say I was no longer interested and would by from HRHD. CCC proceeded to tell me that they had just received a used Harley that ran through their inspection service and is up for sale but I needed to sign and pay that day. I was sold a Harley Sportster custom xl and promised a helmet and installation of engine bar when purchase was made. . I must say that I really liked the bike, couldnt ride it but the controls where forward so it fit nice and it also started and sounded like a Harley. They agreed to keep the bike until I returned from vacation and completed my MSF class. Immediately I lost the helmet the ability to have the engine guards installed because they dont service Harleys but they did give me a 15% off coupon card that lasts for 2 months. They called me to pick up a week prior with no license and delivered it to my house. within a week I put on the accessories I ordered but found that one on the stock frame hex nuts stripped (I could not remove it), I found that there was a gas cap seal recall (that Harley would replace for free) no problem right. after not running it for 2 days I found the battery dead and called the shop and they suggested I but a charger for 78 bucks. upon removing the battery it began to crumble and the terminals where melted, wiring around that area is covered in electrical tape and the spark plugs where rusted and nearly immovable. What happened to the service inspection? I initially asked for another bike to cover the 5,500 bucks I had given them but that was unreal because I had already purchased a maintenance plan, Hogged-up for 2 years, brought Harley protective riding gear and had more Harley accessories coming form J & P. I called them back to get them to give me a battery and spark plugs and the salesman told me they would pick the bike up. Its been 2 days now and the bike is still sitting in the same place the salesman left it a week ago. It is worthless to do business with this company. If you are new to the biking world, have someone research with you. A more experienced rider would have noticed what I found out later from the beginning and never proceeded to purchase. They got me good, dont let them get you too!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havent dealt with CCC as a company but I have dealt with one of their mechanics on a personal deal on a bike he had. This so called "mechanic" was recommended by someone I work with who also knows him. He told me the mechanic has a few bikes he might sell, I said "okay" so once I got in touch with him and went and saw what he had i talked to him on a price on one and told him i would have to make payments which was fine with him. About a week later i bring the first payment to him everything is still cool he tells me thats hes going to order me an exhaust for it and just got done putting the new windscreen on, and also told me a couple other obvious things that were wrong with it which i was okay with. The following week i got the rest of the money and told him i would be by to pick it up and finish paying him for it. Granted it was faster than what he thought i would be back with the money and i didnt expect to be back that soon either but it worked out. Once i got there we loaded it up gave me the title and everything was good.....or so i thought. I just bought my first bike i was ready to get it legal and ride, well it didnt happen like that. For maybe a week or so after i got the bike Im still in contact with the "mechanic" which by the way made me feel better about buying the bike because he is a mechanic. Well now the its legal and its riding good then one day i go to ride turned the bike on put it in gear and it shuts off ???? i try it again same thing happens so I call him and tell him whats going on he tells me to put the kick stand up, okay cool that works,. Now bout a couple weeks later Im and I lose all power to the bike just like that and it wont start back up so when I finally get it back home I call him again tell him whats going on and he tells me "thats a good question" (after he told me that he has been all through the bike and had it down to nuts and bolts) and thats the last i heard from him, and this was back in April its now October and Im still having problems. Bottom line is if he wasnt willing or even able to tell me what was wrong how do you know hes telling his boss what is wrong so it can be fixed instead of just saying its fixed and letting it go. He was just happy to get my money and be done, some mechanic. Now that Ive dealt with him I dont even trust them as a company.

Hands down worst dealership ever. First time I went in there tried to get a tube for my DRZ400. It is an s model with SM wheels. When i told him that he refused to sell me a tube because he didnt know what size to give me. When i told him my wheels were stock SM wheels he continued to argue with me. 2nd time in there i had a check in my hand from the bank and wanted to get an XSR900 waited 30 min before someone came up and asked if i wanted any help. Finally someone asked if i needed anything when i started asking questions about the bike i wanted he did nothing but try to talk me out of it can call me an idiot for wanting that bike. Why the hell would a business want a salesman that talks customers out of a sale regardless of the bike. What kind of salesmen tries to tell the customer what they want or dont want. Ive been on bikes for 27 years and this isnt my first rodeo i know what i like at this point. 3rd experience and the straw that broke the camels back. This dealership is the only yamaha dealer within 50 miles of me. I purchased a 2017 FZ09 and have come due for first oil change for break in. yamaha calls for yamalube semi synthetic oil. This is based on the yamalube plan of warranty for 20 years or 100k miles. I go to the store and they tell me they dont carry it and i should order it offline. So this dealership is selling bikes to people most likely not telling them about the warranty because his excuse was they dont sell enough to warrant carrying the oil. If everyone who bought a yamaha from them returned for the oil Im sure he would move plenty. Needless to say I will never go back nor recommend this dealer to anyone. The people who work there are ill informed on their product spout un researched knowledge about the product they are selling and they have a terrible reputation to begin with not sure why i gave them the benefit of the doubt.
