i went in to get my galaxy s5 fixed from the guys of device doctor, repair could be from 40 to 200, so verizon people jump in presenting all sorts of options for me to get a new phone saying for 24 dollars extra i can get the same phone but new, after an hour and a half of trying to sell me phones im not interested on, i decided to go with the option of 224 for a brand new galaxy s5, and the manager Austin says that price is if you trade in a working phone. HELLO, i have a non working phone, to what he suggests i should go to craigslist and get an old s5 that can go for 150 to 250 so i can trade it in. Austin get a clue, why do i want to buy an old s5 for 150 to trade it in and pay and extra 224 to get a new one. decided with the fix, just to find out i have to go to the south riding store to get it fix. Austin, who happens to be the manager, please get a clue, use some common sense!!!! this just was a COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Best customer service I have had at a Verizon store hands down. I usually find it hard to find the help I need for solving issues with my phone or my bill when visiting most stores. Here I had the complete opposite experience. Matt Fanning the manager of the store helped me not only solve the issue of buying a new phone, but also helped me reduce my bill in order for me to afford the phone. He took the time to look over everything and give me different scenarios so that I could make the best decision for my phone and the plan. The service didnt stop at the store, he also gave me his card with his personal cell phone number and answered multiple questions I had after leaving the store. He went the extra mile and was extremely pleasant throughout the whole process. As long as this store is under Matts management it will be the only Verizon store I will use for any issues that arise.

I live about one mile from this Verizon store and yet I refuse to go to it. I have given this store more than one try to prove themselves worthy as my Verizon store so that I dont have to drive all the way into Reston and they ruin it every time I walk in the door. For example, I need to replace a phone because I dropped it and it cracked in half. Well they suckered me into getting a droid that is an older model than what is currently available and its software sucks! I also went in one time to get my plan changed and they where trying to do it for an hour and a half! They kept making up an excuse that my phone had international service on it and that was affecting it! It turned out that he put in the wrong dollar amount and was off by five cents so it wouldnt take! I absolutely refuse to come to this store even if it is for a simple phone question/accessory.

Exceptional customer service! I had a problem with using my phone overseas and stopped by this store for help. Humza and staff were EXTREMELY helpful and worked with the Global Services Dept to get everything straightened out. They also helped me with resetting my phone and even offered a free Droid class to learn more about my phone! I have not encountered such incredible customer service (especially since I didnt even buy my phone there) with any Verizon Wireless store or really any retailer in this area! I highly recommend this store and would not go anywhere else for my wireless needs!

After being out of town for a few months I have to say that before traveling I was given one of the best customer service experience by the sales associate Kabir. At first coming in with what I thought would be a severe issue with my tablet turned out to be far less. Kabir was very knowledgeable with this device and able to guide me for what took more than the average time to bring my device back to life. I highly recommend not only this location, but as well the good customer service from Kabir who was able to resolve my technical issues with a lot of patience.

I upgraded to a Droid. The incompetent store manager uploaded the new sim into the old sim, thus forever wiping out my contact list. Not liking the Droid operating system so much, and having several unexplained dropped phone calls, which never happened with the old phone, I decided to switch to try an iphone. The store manager had an extremely bad attitude, not at all interested in customer satisfaction. The store was empty at lunchtime, and now I know why. Even if you live right next to this store, Id go to another Verizon store.

I went in this Franklin Farms store to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. Yaseen helped me with my purchase and changing my plan and he was very nice and patient, and knowledgeable. I also spoke to Chris and Kabir in this store and they were very nice too! All three of these young men made the experience pleasant and I will go back to this store and tell my family to go there too. Our experience at the Reston Verizon was not good! Very rude manager there. The Franklin Farms store is the opposite, they are GREAT!

I had ordered a replacement phone online (DO NOT do this...always get it from the store!). Verizon mucked something up internally, service was not delivered as ordered and I could not self-activate. Brought the device into the store and was immediately welcomed by Sean and his staff. Although a cumbersome process working with customer service, they did not give up on me. I walked out of the store with an activated phone and grateful smile on my face. Thank you Sean!!

I cannot express enough my appreciation for the the professionalism, help, and great support that the representatives gave me with a problem with my phones contact list. Specifically, Ahmad spent several hours solving the problem with my phone with so much patience and a positive attitude. I am so grateful and would recommend ANYONE to come to this store! This store has superior customer service. Ive dealt with several staff members in this store the past several weeks due to issues with my cell phone and they have been pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. From the initial greeting once you walk into the store (which is quick no matter how busy) until my business was complete, they were attentive, focused and accommodating. I will definitely send family and friends to this store.

Would not sell phones unless you sign-up for a post-paid contract plan. Owner said they are tight on phones... I tried to get any smartphone - not just iPhone and pay full retail price for it. Owner refused. It seems the dealer wants to take advantage of people who do not do math and figure out that prepaid is much cheaper. If you go to Verizon Experience store they would not have any issues selling you phone + prepaid, no contract plan.

Great service. I walked into this store with my broken phone and they offered me a loaner phone right away and even included the proper loaner SIM card, all for free. Theyre far better than the corporate store in Reston that made me wait an hour just to tell me they couldnt help me any more than the verizon 800 number and that I would be without a phone for most of a week. I will probably buy my next phone upgrade through them.
