Ive used this place before and they did a decent job then; provided I was there and held my dog for the groomer. I tried going back today.... I have a 60 lb Belgian Malinois and he is hyper, as the breed is high strung. Malinois make superb work dogs for Police and Military application. We love the breed, ever since I worked with one, as my partner, when I was a Police K-9 Handler. Anyway, I made an appointment with this place a few days in advance. I then called ahead, the day of, to confirm that I was bringing my dog in. My appointment was confirmed and off we went. Upon my arrival, I learned that iPaw classified my dog in their notes as "Aggressive" and that they were apprehensive about taking him. The clerk engaged my dog and he even admitted that my dog didnt seem aggressive, that he thought that it was probably just the groomer. Admittedly, my dog does not like baths, but hes not aggressive. They took my dog in and offered to call me if they needed me. a couple hours passed and I decided to stop by. Found my dog in the same place I left him, not bathed, nothing done. A lady groomer came out and told me that my dog had resisted being bathed but otherwise was friendly. She began a whole song and dance about how he was in their system as a problem, etc. etc. etc. She stated that she tried to call me but hung up after the first ring??? HUH? Heres what really happened- My dog is 60 lbs and resists bathing so can be a handful. She didnt want to work that hard. So did nothing and concocted the whole "aggressive" bit with a chaser of "we tried". They are probably pretty good with small dogs and certainly Lap dogs. And thats okay! I have a real problem with the "run around" and the way they wasted my time. And not to mention that it all just equals really poor customer service.

Took my fiancés dog in for the "Full Spa" treatment that I booked a couple days in advance online. Walked in 5 mins before my appt time to drop her off and right off the bat there are 2 Great Danes in a little pen just inside the front door that go insane as I try to bring my dog in. As expected my fiancés dog freaked out so I had to carry her to the front desk from the sidewalk. Great Danes would not stop barking the entire time I was speaking with the clerk up front which made communication with her difficult. (Shouldve been my first warning) She asked what I needed done and told her I booked the "full spa" package described online and that she said "so a bath no haircut?". I re-clarified what the package states and then she asked how short and I said just trim her up nicely but not to short. She asked if the length on her head would be okay I replied "no definitely not that short". She said okay and handed my dog to another lady and before I left I asked how long would it roughly be and was told about 2.5 hrs. 3.5 hours later I get a text saying my dog is ready to be picked up. I start heading that direction and get about 1 mile away and the place calls me to say there was a mistake on which dog was ready and itll be another hour before mines ready. I head back at 2pm (dropped the dog off at 9:30) and Im handed a shaven golden retriever. Hair on her body was half the length of whats on her head. I didnt say much and just looked at the lady while she walked over to the cash register to indicate its time to pay. Being a non confrontational person I just paid and left. Came home to a completely pissed off fiancé. Will never use this place again after todays experience. I basically paid 75$ to anger my fiancé.

Took my 7 pound Yorkie here last Thursday for the first time. I had previously taken her to PetSmart right across the street but decided to try a new place where they could cut her long bangs how I asked. Dropped her off at 8:30 am and by 11 I received a call saying she was ready, which to me is awesome because she wasnt kenneled back there unnecessarily like at PetSmart. She looked adorable, her bangs were right, she was shaved on the top (because of slight matting) and slightly longer hair on her legs which looked soo cute! Her face was cut evenly and overall looked amazing. Definitely recommend this place even though it’ll be slightly more expensive than other places. For my dog the total charge was $47 dlls for bath and haircut, perhaps there are other cheaper plans but was not offered, despite this I liked it better, felt like she got attention to detail and was not just pumped out like PetSmart.

I liked the ambiance of this grooming salon. Its nice, clean and quiet. Not like petsmart with tons of dogs barking and hair every where. Its very much like a pet spa. However, whoever groomed my Shih tzu butchered the heck out of her face. They completely chopped her beard down and chopped up the top of her head and ears. It was a very very choppy cut. Her body looked decent though. I also liked that you drop her off and they call you right when shes done so shes not sitting in a kennel for 8 hours like at petsmart. I wont be returning though. Im still on the hunt for a groomer who knows how to cut a Shih tzu.

Very clean and loved the ability to do my online booking it only took seconds to make. When i went with my puppy the salon doesnt smell like dogs it smells and looks very clean. The lady in the front was very nice and gave me options for my pet and was able to answer all my questions.They had my dog done in 2 hours was very impressed, was impressed by there amazing grooming quality. I recommend anyone who wants to get the best for their pet and have a stress free environment for your pet.

Ipaw Pet Salon is truly a great place to take your pet for grooming. I bring my poodle in all the time and Ive NEVER had a problem occur and if I did notice I would surely call first and find out what happened. I know my poodle is wiggle worm especially when he hears me lol They always keep me up to date on my baby. They know exactly who he is when he prances inside :) Honestly have to say best groomers around stone oak.

Amazing experience every time, no exceptions! Great customer service both online and at store locations. If needed, making an online appointment is easily accessible. I love how they accept Apple Pay; it makes it quick and easy. My dog Marina always looks fabulous when getting out of this salon. I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great overall experience and excellent grooming service.

Ive been going here for quite a while now. Theyve always managed to do a great job with my dogs haircuts. Since day one, their customer service has been great and my dog seems to be happy. Hard to get appointments but that is a good sign they are getting business. Bad reviews, I know one of them on here and I wouldnt put stock in anything he says. The stories I could tell. you.
