HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a 2011 dodge ram 2500 IN JANUARY 2015 from these guys over the internet from new mexico the following was my experience. 1. I arrived at the dealership to find a cleverly disguised crack down the middle of the plastic gauge cover. (the photo was taken to conceal it) 2. After flying from new mexico to Texas I discovered the vehicle didnt have the step bars that were pictured on the online advertisement and the dealership refused to replace them. 3. Purchased the vehicle and set off for my drive home, halfway home the check engine light went off and i had to limp the vehicle home. (about 500 miles at 65mph) 4. Discovered the cruise control lever was damaged and the back cover was missing and the cruise control was inoperable. 5. When i got home i discovered that the truck had been wrecked o the front end enough to deploy the air bags. (not disclosed by dealership) 6. The front brakes of the truck were completely worn with the rotors and a caliper needing to be replaced. 7. The check engine light ended up being the main PVC breather filter that should have been changed during the "oil change" they had done for me. 8. The dash board had been painted with spray paint to conceal the air bag deployment. 9. The engine overheated while traveling with our fifth wheel to a family vacation turns out the radiator was full of dirt. Total investment since i bought the vehicle in January is $1500.00 i traded the vehicle two weeks ago to try and stop the bleeding. Please if you plan to do business with this company THINK AGAIN! THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP AND WONT EVEN RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS ONCE THE TRANSACTION IS DONE!

Please read this. It is an attempt to keep YOU from making the same mistake I did. I wish I had read the reviews first. Damn it. I bought a car there. You should _not_ do so. Never again. Huge Mistake. Their word means absolutely zero. Ze.Ro. Lipstick on a pig indeed,JM. (See previous reviews.) I was in a difficult spot. I needed a vehicle. Short of staff at work, and I needed to be there. I thought uber-ing to work was expensive until I tried to repair this thing. They were near my house (unfortunately) They told me that if something was seriously wrong with the with vehicle they would "back me up." If you happen to hear this statement during the course of your deal, you can route it right to the **trash can**. They will not help you. Will. NOT. A mans word is his bond. Words are worthless here. Don’t believe anything you hear within earshot of this place. No honor, no desire to be straight with people and make good on what they say. Felt like driving a shopping cart on a wet skating rink at highway speed when it was raining. $3000 complete front end rebuild. How much "help" do you think I got? Any guesses???..... Lower......Nope.............Lower..........Lower still..............there ya g0$. Steer clear (if you can....) Do a better job at screening your dealer than I did. This is exactly the type of place that makes me hate buying a used car, and it is the perfect “personification” of the quintessential "used car salesman." The sooner I can forget this experience, the better.

My husband bought a truck from them all the way from Afghanistan. He never got to take it for a drive and all he got to see were the photos of it. At the shop they were very helpful at first and even offered to keep the truck for 3 months (after we paid for it) until my husband returned and was able to pick it up and take to NH where we live. The sales person told me he would drive it once a week to make sure it runs good once we get it. When the time came to get the truck the thing wouldnt start. Battery died from sitting so long. Sales guy stated that once he got the money for it he forgot all about it and never once checked up on it. The truck was filthy inside and out and had only half a tank of gas. When all the paperwork was done and the truck was ready to be driven away the starter died and it couldnt be moved from the lot. The wonderful sales guy tried to charge us for towing fees but eventually gave in and took care of it and had it towed to a nearby shop to have the starter fixed. In the meanwhile he refused to loan out another vehicle so a family member could be picked up from the airport. Keep in mind we had to fly in to get this vehicle so we had no means of transportation. Finally we had to pay for half the cost of the starter replacement and were ready to start a 10 hour trip back home. I know this was a used vehicle but please beware when buying from these people.

They let me take the truck home for the night, took it to my mechanic to check out. Everything went smooth. I ended up buying the truck from them. 2014 Ford f250 CNG. I have had the truck a year now and it has given me no problems.
