This was the worst experience I ever had. These people do not care about their customers. I purchased a used 2015 Yukon Denali at the end of 2015. I was told, and the vehicle was represented online, as a certified vehicle. The sales process went well till the financing portion where, all of the sudden, I was told that the vehicle was not certified (CLUE #1). After a few back-and-forths and a call to the sales department, I was reassured that the vehicle was in fact certified and I went home with the vehicle. Fast forward to June of 2017 when my A/C went out during a 4 hour drive home from Austin to Dallas with my entire family in the truck. I called the dealership the next day and they told me that my truck WAS NOT certified. It took NUMEROUS CALLS to MULTIPLE PEOPLE at the dealership (both maintenance and sales departments) OVER THE COURSE OF FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT, before I was finally able to get a hold of someone that really investigated my issue, and found that I was in fact telling the truth about the certification. Keep in mind that its July in Texas and Im driving around the family car with 3 small children, without air conditioning. Keep in mind that the DEALERSHIP IS AWARE that its July in Texas and Im driving around the family car with 3 small children, without air conditioning.... So finally, after four days, you would think that the dealership would be apologetic and do what they can to help me out, especially considering they now know the car is certified... but no. Instead they tell me that I needed to keep waiting because they needed to submit documentation to GM for the certification to be processed. So instead of doing the right thing by their customer, they decided to first ensure GM would reimburse them for the repair costs. In other words, the dealership already had my money, so instead of giving me what I already paid for, they wanted me to continue waiting for their internal process, which had nothing to do with me and should have been done over a year ago when I bought the car. IN OTHER WORDS, I now had to wait, for them to FIX THEIR MISTAKE. SO... I wait... I make calls periodically to the dealership to see if the certification has been approved. Each time, they tell me to be patient.... Just wait a bit longer.... I wait for ANOTHER 5 DAYS... So now, having been driving around what is likely the only $70,000 VEHICLE WITHOUT A/C IN DALLAS, with THREE SMALL CHILDREN AND MY WIFE IN JULY FOR OVER A WEEK AND A HALF.... I call the dealership yet again... The certification still was not approved (as though I cared about their approval process, because again, THE CAR WAS SOLD TO ME AS CERTIFIED AND THEY HAD ALREADY ADMITTED IT!!!!!! WHAT THE ****!!!) However, they finally allowed me the COURTESY of bringing in my vehicle, and giving me a loaner..... Let me make sure I mention that during this call, as in all calls before, I never once raised my voice. Never once showed any anger. However, on this call, I finally expressed, laughingly, my frustration over what I was going through. The ridiculousness.... In return, I was told that I should be appreciative of the help that I was being given. In essence, I was being done A FAVOR! FOR THE RECORD, GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR IS NOT A FAVOR! So...after a week and a half of nonsense, I take the car into the dealership and take home a loaner vehicle. STORY IS NOT OVER. I get a call the at the end of the day, the very next day: "sir, your certification has been approved. The vehicle is certified". Great! Awesome! My patience, my humility, my persistence, it was all worth it!! "However, your car has about 57,000 miles and the certified warranty only covers up to 48,0000 miles...$3,500 in repairs" But guess what everyone, I was given a $350 discount for my trouble....

Im beyond disappointed! There are not enough words to describe how I feel right now. Originally when I was looking around, there was a salesman that I started working with and he was so extremely rude that I walked away. Several months later, a different sale guy called me and despite me trying to push him off he was diligent and followed up perfectly. Finally I gave in and went in. He was great! He added the right amount of pressure but not too much. Then after days of back and forth, finally they brought me in this room and "box closed me". There was error in my paperwork (their fault) they then called me and wanted me to pay thousands more after all the paper work was done and they cashed my deposits check of $10,000. After contacting an attorney the dealership admitted fault and accepted the error. Well, I wish that could all just be behind us. They sold me hard on the car wash, because I would take my car every 2-3 weeks to get detailed, so despite the fact the payment was a bit more than I wanted to pay they were "saving" me money there. Every time Ive brought it in to get washed Ive had to take it somewhere else to get washed again. Its always worse. I drive only a few miles back and forth to work in the city. Today I picked up my car and there was MUD on my roof and attena, bird poop on my windshield and hood, its covered in dust, the windows are so smudged that in the sunlight I cant see, there is black grease or something on the roof fabric on the inside, a chip in the windshield AND a scratch on the plastic paneling on the door. I know they use a different company for the washes, but its infuriating how they just accept it as "it is what it is". Please dont get me wrong, the service guys have been absolutely wonderful to work with and they often will get some cleaning stuff and clean the car themselves even though they dont have to, but I feel mortified that they have to do that. I hate complaining but this is nuts. They are ordering me a piece for my door, but now I have to leave work to drop off the car so they can fix it. Its a huge inconvenience. I bought a Buick LaCrosse 2015 and I thought surely thought part of the price was great service. Its supposed to be a luxury car. Extremely disapojnted. I called customer relations today and I just felt the guy kept saying the same thing over and over again, "Im sorry to hear that" so still there is no resolve. I know there are GREAT people that work here, but so far Ive had a very bumpy ride. I wouldnt recommend to my friends and family. Run!

6/24/17 5:45pm A friend working at this dealership has been telling me to go check out what kind of deals and vehicles they had. She mentioned that they have great deals, and provide a friendly experience, but not what I felt this day. I currently have 2 car loans and adding another one would not been a wise thing to do. I went in and had talked to Clarence Davis recommend by her. Once in there, I thought we were going to test drive some trucks first, see price ranges, features, fuel cost ect. Nope, the opposite happened. They asked me to sit down and started taking down my information for a credit check, what kind down payment, a trade in, monthly payments I was looking for. Now, my intentions were to just see the trucks, not buy one that same day. I already have a truck no I had no urgency to buy one. Fine, thats probably their procedure to get everyones information coming through the door first, and get them to bite right away. They run the credit check and say I qualify right away! They show me what Im looking at for 48/60/72 months… Im there thinking, I havent even taken any car for a spin and they already got me approved? How does that work? Purchasing something you havent tried? I finally ask, can I at least try it out first? So we go for a 10 minute drive, truck feels smooth, drives great, Clarence demonstrated some features here in there. Okay we got back and now they go straight to stressing me out on which finance options I feel comfortable with. I ask if I can take them home and think about it during the weekend at least. He immediately gave me a lot of reasons to make a decision that moment. After saying no a couple of times, he finally gave up and thanked me for stopping by. But then It took a different turn, out of no where, Vonnie yells out something. "Is it the color? You want red, I can get you red!" " I can get you 10k off a 50k worth truck with 0 miles!" I still say no. After that he walks away, and I get up to leave. Right at the door, I hear Vonnie talking to his coworkers about how he just offered that man 10k off and just I just wasted "his" time! Unbelievable! That speaks for the dealership itself. Every customer walking in for them is money signs. Thats no way to speak of customers even if they dont get a deal done. How does a dealership want referrals and satisfied customers to come back this way? They just lost a potential buyer from coming back in the mere future. One of the worst experience Ive ever had in a while!
