Worst dealership I have ever been to. I wish I could give it zero stars. Avoid this Podunk place like the plague. Rather dirty and run down. If you have to go, avoid Matt like your life depends on it. He lied to me and said theyd give me the price I wanted to get me to come in from over an hour away. When I got there they said the truck would be $10,000 more than we agreed to. Thats right. Ten thousand more. Not only is he a liar but hes flat out incompetent. He drove around the lot with me and was trying to show me a 1500 Silverado and managed to confuse a 2500 for it. Thats like confusing an elephant for a donkey. Chris the sales manager didnt even seem sorry or made it sound like there was a misunderstanding. The only redeeming thing is Carolina Olvera is very pleasant and helpful. I dealt with her online and through the phone before being tricked by Matt.

I was very disappointed in the experience we had with your Ennis facility. My 95 year old father owns the Dodge Dart. We saw the recall notice during a visit and offered to take it to the dealership for repair. I live in Fort Worth but since Ennis is close to Waxahachie, where he lives and where he purchased the car I took it there. The appointment process was simple and I called to confirm the day before. My expectation was that since this was a recall the parts would be there and this would take one visit. I was actually told the repair would take about 2 hours. That was not the case. They examined the car, told me they would order the part and I will need to make another trip to get the car repaired. I am not happy but this is why I do not own a dodge.

I wanted a 2014 Camaro, let me test drive and everything. told me they could gaurantee to get me in. I waited 2 days and three trips in one day back and forth from 45 min away to try to take my car home same day. then they tell me i cant have a used one, i have to get a brand new model, price tag said $25,xxx but i would have to pay $55,xxx, so i told them some cars i seen i was interested in, a week later, i got a call saying they need me to come in to talk to the finance man. that they cant do it over the phone. so i am going today to see what the deal is. they cant even tell me what car or how much i need or anything. i gave them 3 cars i was interested in.

This place used to be called Allen Samuels Autoplex I worked here briefly during the transition from Allen Samuels to Autonation. The manager Kenneth Fields is one of the worst human beings i have ever met. This is the kind of place that will hire a naive 19 year old with no sales experience or experience with buying a car sell that 19 year old a wildly expensive car and then fire that 19 year old based on a lie. I hope you or anyone else happening to be reading this take a long, hard, extended look at other options before coming into this awful pit of deceitful people.

Dropped my 2014 Ram 2500 HD off on a Saturday morning for transmission warranty work. Was greeted by John, the SVC mgr and he assured me that my truck would be taken care of. John not only communicated very well, he did exactly what he said he would do. My truck was fixed promptly and I knew exactly what was going on the entire time they had it. I appreciate good service and expect less than average most times. I GOT awesome service and over delivery on expectations. Thanks John for taking care of me!

Service department sucks!! Lacks customer service and mechanic has no clue as to what hes doing. Took 1 1/2 week to diagnose problem, car was dropped off on 1/18 and picked up on 2/3, car is making the same loud ticking sounds as when I initially dropped it off. I was advised my motor was replaced, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO MY CAR!! Only time you youre updated on the status of your car is when you go to the dealership demanding an update!! Hopefully my car is repaired soon! Stay away from Autonation!!

The experience was horrible I went in to trade in a car they said they couldnt trade it but would give me a car with a lower payment and the salesperson chose my car , notice I said sales person chose my car and then next day the car had lots of scratches and they tried to say I did it ok.. yea right and then car is mssing and i told them that and now my gears wont shift gears and called 10 times and couldnt get a manager on the phone take its 3pm central and they said they were all at lunch really

I was told over the phone a car I was looking at on the Internet was still available when I called at 4:00 p. M. I drove 55 minutes to get there when I got there they said the car had been sold.i saw the car sitting behind the building I walked over there to look at the car the engine was completely cold.so they were trying to tell me in 55 minutes someone had come test driven the car and bought in .i feel like I had been lied to just to get me on the lot .would not recommedthis dealer to anyone

My experience with Allen Samuels in Ennis has not been acceptable. The car I got is great, but they promised to order new wheels and still have not contacted me. I have had my Jeep for about 3 months, and I still do not have my original paperwork or my spare key. When I went to the autoplex to get my license plates the persons who sold me the car were unavailable. I have received poor customer service with this autoplex, and I would not refer them to anyone wanting a new vehicle.

At first when I arrived I was nervous, even terrified of the car buying experience. But Lilly was amazing, she gave me a feeling as if we were old friends, which made me comfortable. Dont get me wrong I was still a little nervous. Lol But from the time you enter the building you will experience a welcoming presence, you would think their family the way they interact with one another. They made my car buying experience the BEST!!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
