So I have a 92 ford pickup. I called to see if they had a u-joint I needed. They said they did there was only one option. So I drove a total of 72 miles to get it. Got home realized it wasnt the correct one. Drove all the way back. He assured me that it was the only one. Part of it was the same so I thought maybe I was wrong and had the correct one. Returned home to find out it was in fact the wrong one. Now 144 miles total driving. So I than called them back get assured me that was the only one listed. Than thought about finding numbers on old one to cross reference, but wouldnt stay on the phone with me. Told me to google it. At this point I called orileys. They have four different options listed. So I call back auto zone to inform him. He says dont know what to tell you. (I didnt build it, I didnt break it) End result Im going have to drive over 200 miles back forth to autozone. Still hot have the correct ujoint and have to go to Orileys for the right one. Thanks autozone, thanks for nothing. I knew there was a reason I quit buying from your business!!

Went in to get a set of rotors and I found them cheaper at oriellys I let them know that I called and they were 10 dollars cheaper w same warranty. The girl which was really nice was needing a manger approval and the ass manager Carlos gave me a very hard time. I tried to talk with him and he repeatedly interrupted me and extremely rude. He sarcastically made remarks like he was just doing his job but his costumer service skills were less than adequate. Even the girl looked at me funny about how he had treated me. I can say that I will never step foot in that or any other auto zone if Im not forced too. I own a small business and let me tell ya I would def give a costumer a 20 dollar dis to keep a costumer than to treat them like he did and make me so angry I felt like I needed to right this long review. I did end up buying the rotors just because of how cool the girl was but Bottom line is that Ass manager Carlos should be set aside and coached on his costumer service skills before anymore people get a bad taste from this single person.

I was so very impressed with the customer service!! I had my battery in my car go out over the weekend and went down to Autozone on Lancaster to get another one. I asked if they could help with the installation (Which I know is based on courtesy and how busy they are) They gladly helped with the swap out. It was 99+ degrees out and the swap out of my battery turned out to be more complicated then anticipated. Some bolts were dropped, the terminal needed to be replaced, and the strap down was a pain to get back in. Jose and Chase were so kind and patient with the whole situation. Despite a busy VERY HOT Sunday afternoon they kept the customer service at a very impressive level and I so very appreciate the help!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

As a 9 year client / customer I find they treat people at this location very good. Employees have changed over time but the experience just gets better. Keep your long term employees, they shine. The trainees and new hires need to see how long term pros handle frustrated amateur diyers and respect their lack of knowledge. New hires can be pretty ignorant and it seems that the long term employees make this store worthy of my $$$. Best store out of 3 locally. Keep that parking lot clean, and smile when people walk in more ( new hires )

I had a reverse discrimination issue with a black employee at this store. The employee chose to assist a black lady at the back of the line who had just arrived at the store. She had a long list of questions. I only had a quick question about where something might be found and he never checked with anyone for there needs before bypassing them.

About as good as a parts store can get. They carry parts for a ton of vehicles. Go in there with the year, model and make and get the correct part. Do your own research before hand for best results. Dont expect them to know every detail on your 1967 rarety....they mostly deal with 5-20 year old cars.

My wifes car was having problems starting up so she took it here to get the battery looked at. They told her she needs a new alternator and tried to sell one to her. In reality she had a bad battery is all, and once we put in a new one her car has had no problems.
