Worst experience ever. I spent over $6,500.00 at this place in one single day only because I absolutely loved the furniture (a sectional and a king bed set). I can say that my salesman Chuck was very knowledgable and looking for a sale. No problem with him. My husband and I picked up the floor sample of the bedset vs delivery because we were told it was being discontinued and could not be ordered. We wanted to go ahead and set it up in our home so we picked it up. It took about 4 more weeks for the sectional which was okay. At delivery, they tried to deliver a brand new bed set which they ordered. Ummm hello...we were told this item could not be ordered so thats why we got the floor model which now we are stuck with. Thankfully, it was in good shape. Of course this was a little upsetting. Along with the fact that one of my chairs "were manufactured with the wrong back on it, so you will get another back delivered in a few weeks", per the delivery guys. This was on Sat, Jan. 16, 2016 so on Monday I called my salesman Chuck who had no idea what I was talking about. His repsonse, "Ill check into it and give you a call back". 2 weeks later I called back and spoke to Christy who handles issues as such and she acts as if Im disrupting her day. She was very rude and aggressive over the phone. She also lied and said Chuck was off that day, later in our conversation, he magically appeared to be on the schedule to come in at 1pm. She clearly was trying to get the issue off of her and dump it on Chuck. Excuse me, this is your job lady. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a call back or the back to my chair from these lousy, lying, disorganized, unprofessional people. I will NEVER EVER buy anything else or recommend anyone to RBF. They are only about selling an item and could care less about you after the fact.

I went in the Oleander store that is closing and apparently no reasonable offer is refused. I walked in while I was on my cell phone with my home inspector of my soon to be new house. I wanted to look around first but then I was greeted by a woman in jersey shorts and a t-shirt, who I didnt realize at first worked there...then bubba, with his same unprofessional getup, came out from the back when I asked if they were negotiable on the price of a particular couch. He said no....that the couch was worth almost twice the price and they werent going out of business. Very defensive folks...so, as if I didnt have enough fun already, I went back a week later to see if the couch I had spotted was still available. It had been priced for $650 so I went in with 550$ cash. Well the couch was still there but the price had been increased to $780...WTF...I asked the same "professional" staff I had encountered at my last visit why it went up...apparently because I was on my phone when I was there last time, they jacked up the price. Does that sound right? You raise the price of an item because some chic had been on her phone when she was shopping...ever hear of multi-tasking or how about customer service? I refuse to shop in Rose Brothers ever again and will share this experience with everyone I know or meet...good luck in this economy, my bros! hahahahah

I walked in late one night before closing and although the salesman was sort of short with me, he got me what I needed and was very knowledgeable about their stock and prices and got me the information I needed very quickly. I had a very specific price range and type of couch I wanted going into the store that was way too expensive at other competitors. As I said earlier, it was late and they were about to close and he scheduled it to be delivered first thing the next morning which was super convienent for only $50 (which isnt bad to deliver from the campus to a third floor apartment in Mayfair). Nothing could have been easier. I was in and out and the delivery guys were incredibly careful with the couch and had it covered the whole time until it was placed in my house and unwrapped. I see that Rose Brothers has a bad rep on here and I am not sure why. I had a great experience with them. Dont hesitate to at least check them out for yourself.

So in April of 2015 we bought a new leather sectional couch and a King size bedroom set. The total cost was $2,300. We paid $300 cash for a deposit and financed the rest for $2,000. We never EVER received a bill. Whoever the old white guy was... Chuck? Maybe I have no idea anyways he told us we were financed for 4 years INTEREST FREE!!! How could anyone pass that up... Right? Never received a bill and then we got overseas military orders. I call in June to ask about the bill and was forwarded to Lendmark (the bank they use) Apparently our sales man lied and theres a 24% INTEREST RATE on our furniture. Fast forward to March and I cant even get ahold of the bank to pay off 2K Just take my money and I want to be done with it! Moral of the story NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE OR USE LENDMARK FINANCIAL SERVICES

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This furniture store totally ruined my aunts Mothers Day weekend. She had planned for her dining room set to arrive the day before a family dinner. Upon delivery, it was discovered that the set was a used "as-is" set (with several scratches). My aunt, now infuriated, called the sales manager who told her that she indeed purchased the used set from the store. This confused my aunt because when she bought the set, she was told that the newer sets were in the back and she was only viewing a used set for preview. Because of this mistake, our family dinner was a disaster. My advice to any new customer is to check all store inventory and check all receipts, if buying from this store!!!!!!

I hesitated to even click one star based on the service we just received. Rose brothers furniture gave the worst customer service I have ever seen. They hung up on my mother in law after she called them because they delivered the furniture 2 hours late and in THE WRONG COLOR. They then had to reload the furniture and couldnt deliver the correct color until the week after. When we came into the store they were so rude and short and condescendingly apologized. Absolutely the worst place to do business with. I wouldnt spend a dime there.

BILL THE STORE MANAGER WAS NICE AT FIRST UNTIL HE HAD THE SALE THEN IT SEEMED AS IF HE WAS TIRED OF US AND JUST WANTED OUR MONEY . WE LEFT THE STORE FEELING UNEASY ABOUT THE WAY BILL WENT BIPOLAR SO WE CALLED BACK AND CANCELLED . BILL CALLED ME LATER ON AND ASKED THE REASON WHY AND I TOLD HIM WE HAD A CHANGE OF MIND. IN REALITY IT WAS HIM. I WAS JUST TRYING TO BE NICE . BILL SAYS """"YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND ? Ha WHATEVER"" then hangs up on me. Glad I didnt buy a thing from that bastard and you shouldnt either
