ustin Thompson 2 years ago To start this off properly, I live in Manville. I understand that Walmart pays off officials to keep food stores and other discount type stores from "muscling" in on theyre territory. But its just lunicy. The service is horrible, the shelves are half stocked and if it wasnt for the "low everyday prices" and having them be the only game in town, i wouldnt shop there. I am without a vehicle, so walking is really the only mode of transport I can rely on. Walmart only cares about the bottom line. If you are planning a trip to walmart to get what you need/want, you better know where its located in the store!! Otherwise you will get a walmart special response, "this isnt my department!" As they walk away from you. For a true 3-ring circus, and to see how real trained monkeys act around humans, than the show at walmart is the best in town!! As for a real customer oriented experiance, move on to the next discount store, cause it aint here!!! John Hopkins John Hopkins I agree with Justin Thomson and John Hopkins 2 years ago the staff is slow and no one understands english. They are not helpful and the place is starting to look run down. If this wasnt the only place for some things I would not go there, but they put kmart out of business so i have to go,.

This store was always horrible but since it became a "supercenter" its even worse. I tried Christmas shopping for my granddaughter here and found nothing. I feel as though certain departments have become very limited. You cant ever get anyone to help you here. I tried buying a chair and needed a price. From my cell phone, I called Customer Service and spoke to someone 3x. Not once did they announce that I needed help in that department. I finally got help when I confronted the 4 managers that were huddled together 10 ft. away from me. Right now, Im on the phone trying to get a customer service rep on the phone. How busy can they be that no one is at the customer service desk at 9:24 in the morning. I have had the same person ring customer service 4 times before kicking back to her and now Im on hold with dead air. I originally called at 9:17. The lines are the worst and this store is pretty dirty. It reminds me of shopping in the old days...a glorified Woolworths. This store needs to pull it together and get workers who are trained properly. Maybe it would be run better with manager who were properly trained.

If youve been to almost any Walmart theyre all pretty similar and this one is no different. Pros: the best part of Walmart is that the products are cheap and theres a wide variety of different product. And everything is (for the most part) the exact same thing, same brand name, whatever, that you would buy elsewhere. The pharmacy has significantly cheaper medical products than any other store I could find. I buy sweatshirts, underwear, and t-shirts here and theyre really cheap. Cons: Pretty much everything except the prices. The store is always a bit dirty, sometimes unorganized, shelf space is a bit of a mess. Many products arent on the shelves or are out of stock. The checkout people are always slow but mostly friendly. The pharmacy attendants are awful. Overall the cheap prices and convenient large selection of products keeps me coming here regardless of everything else.

The challenge with this Walmart is shelves are disorganized and prices are typically missing from items making meeting your budget and list challenging. On the other hand, it remains a cost-effective place to shop on a budget where bulk-item buy stores or traditional grocery stores are not options. It has a sample of everything and has a wide range of solid store brands at good prices. As a disabled woman I always note accessibility issue. There is ample parking for the disabled although they could have made more of they hadnt repositioned spots go run sideways. The only challenging place is trying to negotiate the central section of the store where clothing is. This is very cramped and hard to navigst with my wheelchair or walker.

Understaffed! Under trained staff. Every time I go the line to wait is crazy. Only person Ive ever found who knows where everything is, is Francis Sandora, and she seems to be always there. There is another lady who is about the same age as Ms. Sandora a stocky lady who every time I go I find to be one of the more lax of the staff or I should the most lax. She seems to like to order people around or just stroll around but never really do anything. Another woman a taller one blondish hair who recently left to another store I heard was also a great employee like Ms.Sandora she was in management I believe. Now a days the store is in disarray, no real order and haphazard.

Completely insane and disappointing. On my last visit at night there were just 2 registers open and when I went to the customer service they gave a very childish, rude and inappropriate response saying that only 2 registers will be open and we wont open others giving the reason that they have to change the registers. That was the most disgusting explaination. There are 15 register, cant they keep atleast 5 registers open? And if customer service is so poor then the whole store is poor. They better remember that we the customers are the one bcoz of whom they are still running. And being a 24 hr store they should have more registers open. Dumb and rude staff!

Best prices in town! I love saving money & if I see something more expensive somewhere I wait till I go to walmart to buy it. My prescriptions used to cost me over $60 a month.. now I pay $20 for three months!! Same exact prescriptions. LOVE THAT. Everyone in this walmart is pretty friendly... they are used to seeing the same faces around. The only 2 way downsides to this walmart are #1 they have like 25 registers but usually only 2 or 3 open & the line is ALWAYS way long. & #2 they are not a 24 hour walmart, I dont understand why they are so hard to come by in jersey! Otherwise its clean & organized.

I like Walmart a lot. Im not going to lie. The prices here are the best. Way lower than competitors. Honestly, a lot of the food is processed & the produce is not the best. However, for packaged goods & various household items its really price conscious. The main issue is check-out! Always a line! Why is this? They have more closed lanes than open for checkout no matter what. Whyre you making us line up like that? Its kinda silly. Improve check out please. They have a very awesome app, I suggest it if youre going to be shopping here often. Its open 24 hours. Amazing.
